He explained further on the reason why the collaboration isn’t likely to occur just yet, adding

“With her schedule and my schedule - we’re both international artists - there’s no way. A lot of artists will find out wherever I’m at and fly out to me. She’s as busy as I am.”

Not only does Akon want to work with Beyonce, but he wants to work with her hubby, Jay-Z. But Akon doesn’t want both Beyonce and Jay-Z in the studio at the same time. He wants to switch it up and surprise fans. He adds,

“I haven’t worked with Jay-Z or Beyonce yet. Those are the only people I haven’t worked with. I would definitely work with them separately. Together is too common - it’s already been done, it’s almost expected”.

But according to MaMa Knowles, she and PaPa Knowles first spotted Sasha Fierce when  Beyonce was just six and performed at a school talent show. She says,

“She got on that stage and became a different person. My husband and I looked at each other like, ‘Who is that?’”
