Last week, PaPa Knowles tried to put an end to rumors that Destiny’s Child plans to reunite. Well, MTV recently caught up with Kelly who also insists that the ladies of DC3 have no plans of hitting the studio anytime soon–especially now that she’s doing her solo thing. She says,

“I just released ‘Commander.’ I’m about to release a record, and I’m really just having fun in my own space. Destiny’s Child is a such a huge part of me. And Beyoncé and Michelle are such a huge part of me. We’re sisters, and I don’t expect anyone not to ask that question.”

So can we expect diva Beyonce and Michelle to collaborate with Kelly on her solo work in the near future?

“You know what? Anything can happen! As of right now, there is no Destiny’s Child collaboration.”

There really is no point of Destiny’s Child reuniting. A reunion would just slow down Kelly and Michelle’s solo careers as they’ll end up being overshadowed by Beyonce again.

While you may be waiting for the ladies of Destiny’s Child to reunite, don’t hold your breath ’cause it’s never going to happen! Recently, word spread the net that former bandmates Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle were working on a new album. Well, Beyonce’s daddy and the group’s former manager Mathew Knowles has issued a statement in an attempt to squash the rumor. He says,

“Contrary to rumors online of a Destiny’s Child reunion, there are no plans for the group to reunite for a performance or album. The rumors are false. Destiny’s Child made an unprecedented impact in contemporary music, becoming one of the best-selling groups of all time. Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have each moved on to successful solo careers. The members remain close, but will not reunite as a group.”

SMH @ PaPa Knowles straight up lying that the ladies “remain close”. Really?! They sure fooled me! When’s the last time you saw Kelly, Michelle and Beyonce together? *crickets*

Now that she’s cut all ties with PaPa Knowles and her friendship with Beyonce is pretty much non-existent, Kelly Rowland is trying to do her own thing. And last night that’s exactly what she did! Kelly attended E!’s 20th Birthday bash at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, CA and to my surprise she posed for the photogs with ex-friend and former Destiny’s Child member LeToya Luckett on the red carpet. Other party attendees included Ne-Yo, cornball Nick Cannon, the Kardashian clan, Tyrese and a few other celebs.

So could this be the start of a revived friendship or were they just frontin’ for the cameras?! Although, Kelly keeps frontin’ she like and Beyonce are still BFF’s, I’m pretty sure she would’ve never spoken to LeToya let alone take a pic with her if Bey was still in the picture. #Imjustsayin

A while back we reported that Beyonce’s father Mathew Knowles slipped up and knocked up his jumpoff. After word broke out MaMa Knowles filed for divorce after being married to his trifling a$$ for 29 years! Last month, PaPa Knowles’ jumpoff gave birth a baby boy and from jump he asked for a paternity test–frontin’ like it wasn’t his. Well, the DNA results are in and in my Maury voice, “He is the father!”. Meanwhile, the jumpoff claims she had an 18 month fling with PaPa Knowles. Geesh, PaPa Knowles is definitely a rolling stone! Wonder how Bey feels about this?

This could’ve been avoided had he kept his d*ck in his pants or had he just paid shorty off. Instead he wanted to front like he didn’t slip up and beat it raw. I swear PaPa Knowles is the modern day Joe Jackson of our generation.

A while back we reported that Beyonce’s dad Mathew Knowles was expecting a baby, but not by his soon-to-be ex-wife Tina Knowles. Apparently, PaPa Knowles couldn’t keep his lil’ friend in his pants and knocked up his jumpoff. Well, his jumpoff gave birth to a baby boy last Thursday and from jump she claimed it was his. According to PaPa Knowles, he is willing to take a paternity test to prove that he is not the father (Maury voice) if he is ordered to do so. He says,

“I know about as much as you do. Last week, they said it was a girl, this week they said it was a boy. We do have a court date but none of that means anything until DNA testing is done. I’ll leave that in the hands of the attorneys.”

The two are set to go before a judge next week in the ongoing paternity case.

Seriously why would shorty go through all of this and it’s not his kid? PaPa Knowles better stop acting frontin’ and accept the fact that he slipped up!

We recently reported that Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles has filed for divorce from the singer’s father Mathew Knowles after 29 years of marriage. It was speculated that MaMa Knowles’ reason for serving PaPa Knowles with divorce papers was because of alleged infidelity. Well, according to a snitch/friend of the Knowles clan that rumor is far from the truth–they just “drifted apart” and “led separate and busy lives”. The snitch tells US magazine,

“It’s a rough time for the family — especially over the holidays. The kids are sad, but it’s been unraveling for some time. They will try to make it cordial. They put their kids first, and will still be around each other.”

Meanwhile, the estranged couple released a statement to the press confirming their divorce among other things.

“The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners. If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter.” Source

Not only does the hardest working bish in the game want you to hear her and see her, but she also wants you to smell her! Beyonce landed a multi-million dollar deal with fragrance house Coty in September and now she’s ready to launch her debut scent “Heat” which features “notes of red vanilla orchid, magnolia, neroli and blush peach”. She tells WWD,

“I’m so happy with it. I’ve been working on it for a while now. Everything, from the bottle design to the name and the ideas for the commercials, that’s me. When I commit to something, I do it 100 per cent, and I’ve never had (creative control over a fragrance) until this project. I was on tour for a year, and I have meet-and-greets with fans. I’ve never in my life gotten so many compliments. Coty has their own testing, but that was my testing! The fans loved it. They were like, ‘I love that, I’m getting that, why isn’t it out right now? I need it!’” Adding, “A lot of my performances have had fire involved, so we thought ‘Heat’. Also, red is one of my favorite colors, as is gold. So then we thought of making the bottle look like it’s on fire.”

Beyonce’s “Heat” will hit stores February 2010.

In related news, the diva’s family is falling apart. According to TMZ, Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles is kicking her husband of 29 years, Mathew Knowles to the curb!  Apparently, MaMa Knowles filed for divorce against PaPa Knowles last month in Texas. Hm…could it be because PaPa Knowles was planting his seeds all over town?! Back in October, PaPa Knowles was slapped with a paternity suit from a woman who claimed he knocked her up. No word on whether the baby mama drama is the reason MaMa Knowles decided to send his cheating ass packing. And word is they’re not the only one’s having trouble in their marriage either!

Former Destiny’s Child members Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have finally settled a lengthy copyright dispute out of court. Singer/songwriter Rickey Allen, claimed the R&B trio’s 2004 song “Cater 2 U” was inspired by a track he composed with the same title, which was copyrighted in the mid 1990’s. According to Allen, he  handed over a version of his track to producer Maurice Joshua, who allegedly worked with the ladies in the studio. However, Joshua insists he doesn’t know what Allen is talking about ’cause he never even had a copy of the song. Back in 2006, Allen filed suit against Destiny’s Child to receive compensation in a Chicago, Illinois and the ladies were due to take the stand before a judge this week. However, they managed to avoid the court date and having to testify by taking the easy way out–settling out of court.  Allen’s attorney, Matthew Wildermuth issued a statement on behalf of his client in which he stated,

“I can confirm that yes, it (the case) did settle. All of the issues have been amicably resolved and the case is going to be dismissed. (Allen is) excited about being able to devote time to posturing his musical career.”

Meanwhile, the terms of the agreement have not been released, but the case is expected to be dismissed by a judge on Thursday.

In related news, word is BFF’s Kelly Rowland and Beyonce are beefing. Apparently, Kelly is furious with PaPa Knowles and blames him for the copyright lawsuit.  According to People, Kelly claims that PaPa Knowles has a long history of forcing songwriters to add Beyonce’s name to songs that she didn’t even write, just so she could get publishing royalties. According to a snitch, the BFF’s have been cordial since Kelly dropped PaPa Knowles as her manager, but now there’s tension in the air.

“She and Beyoncé remained cordial at first. But things have gotten tense since Kelly griped that Matthew is the cause of this lawsuit.”

And there you have it folks, as much as you Beyonce stans would like to believe the chick writes her own tracks–she doesn’t! Remember when Ne-Yo put her on blast for claiming she penned “Irreplaceable”?

Word is Beyonce’s manager/father Mathew Knowles aka PaPa Knowles might end up on Maury to take a paternity test. Nah, I’m just kidding, but this definitely would make for good television! Don’t you agree?! According to TMZ, PaPa Knowles’ 30-something pretty young thing in L.A. claims that he’s the father of her unborn child which is due in December. SCAN-DA-LOUS! And shorty isn’t playing either ’cause she’s hired top lawyer Neal Hersh to represent her. Unfortunately for Beyonce, the baby mama drama broke just hours before she scooped up Billboard magazine’s “Woman of The Year” Award in New York.

I wonder how MaMa Knowles is feeling right now. It’s bad enough that Kelly is “allegedly” PaPa Knowles’ love child and now this mess. Come to think of it, the Knowles’ clan is really the modern day Jackson family, lol. When will dudes realize that you never slip up and knock up a jumpoff?! Anywhoo, pop the top for pictures of Beyonce at Billboard’s annual Women in Music luncheon at NY’s Pierre Hotel yesterday.

After Gayfish aka Kanye West ruined country singer Taylor Swift’s shine on MTV’s Video Music Awards last Sunday, Beyonce stepped in to save the day and gave the poor girl a chance to reclaim her moment; giving up her own moment to shine  as the Queen of the VMA’s after winning a mooman for “Best Video of the Year”. I know many others, including myself immediately assumed that Beyonce’s sentimental gesture was a PR stunt conspired by her daddy/manager PaPa Knowles aka Mathew Knowles. But,  according to PaPa Knowles, he didn’t tell Beyonce to do anything.  He insists that the whole thing was Beyonce’s idea and that although some may find it hard to believe; Beyonce is genuinely a nice person. He tells Us magazine,

“It wasn’t my decision to bring Taylor out. It was all Beyonce’s decision. I want to be be clear about that. My job is to execute and come up with some ideas, but ultimately that was Beyonce’s decision. Adding, “I can only say it was a proud night for me as a manager, but more importantly as a father. I’ve always said the thing that makes me most proud about Beyonce is not how many records she’s sold or how many plaques she has or how many awards; it’s that she’s a genuine, good person. I know it’s hard for people to believe that she can really be that nice of a person, but she really is.”

Say what ya want, but I’m not buying it!
