With only nearly a week left of freedom, Lil’ Wayne goes to twitter to keep tabs on his fan base. Homie Trey Songz, put everybody on to his new twitter account and within 13 hours since Lil’ Wayne’s introduction into Twitter world, he’s already got about 65k followers.

Though he won’t be tweeting from jail after March 2nd, but we’re hearing his team is looking to use his account as a way to keep fans up to date on Weezy’s condition until he gets out.
In other Weezy news, On Tues., Feb. 19th Lil’ Wayne went went under the drill for eight root canal procedures in one sitting…and eight hour surgery. One word…Ouch! Check him out HERE showing off his new pearly whites.
