MARIAH CAREY THREATENED BY WHITNEY HOUSTON’S COMEBACK?!

With Whitney Houston’s new pushed up comeback album release date set for August 31st, Mariah Carey is said to be scrambling to finish her “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.

“She’s getting very nervous now that Whitney Houston is coming back,” said our source.

Meanwhile Chris Lighty, MiMi’s manager told Page Six by e-mail,

“My management company is dealing with [Mariah's] music, brand extensions and commercial opportunities. We love Mariah.”

So far, MiMi’s only released one single off the new album, “Obsessed” and it’s lackluster welcome is not a good sign of things to come. When Page Six tried getting more details from Lighty, his response was “at the beach” and couldn’t talk.
MiMi and her team better get it together, ’cause it looks like Whitney is taking no prisoners is planning the ultimate comeback.
