Jay Smooth of IllDoctrine put together this interesting vlog on the whole Chris Brown & Rihanna domestic drama. Jay sat down with Elizabeth Mendez Berry, author of the Vibe magazine feature “Love Hurts” about domestic violence in Hip-Hop where she gives her perspective on the celebrity drama and the swept under the rug controversial issue.
After I had a moment to sleep on Chris Brown’s “apology”, I couldn’t help but compare it R.Kelly’s BET 2008 interview. Some straight bullishh! Clearly CB didn’t deny the allegations and why is he all of sudden working with his pastor. Maybe it’s just me but why is when celebrities find them selves under major scrutiny and in some sort of legal drama, they suddenly start claiming religion and looking for salvage…where was all this when he was “Run[ing] It” and “Tak[ing] Down” chicks!
