Jay didn’t cheat those workers out of anything. He’s not management or payroll. He probably doesn’t even sign their checks. I find it funny that though he’s not the only investor/owner of the club, he’s the only one being sued by these workers. I personally think it’s all about money because he’s got the most of it.
