LEBRON JAMES’ NEW “NIKE” AD ASKS “WHAT SHOULD I DO?”

Nike calls on King James for its new “Rise” campaign. In this new 90-second spot, Lebron James or rather Nike helps Lebron rehabilitate his image after last summer’s widely publicized “Decision”. The spot asks, “What should I do?”…to which I say “Just Do It”. Real clever NIKE! Talk about a great PR tactic on addressing his critics and even admitting his “wrongs”.

…Should I admit I made mistakes?
Should I really believe I ruined my legacy?
Should I tell you I am not a role model?
Should I be who you want me to be?
Maybe I should just disappear? …

Hands down a very compelling ad spot…one consumers will definitely relate to. But we’ll see how he and the rest of Miami Heat play against the Celtics tonight.
