How many times can an artist’s album get pushed back?! I dunno, but so far I think its fair to say Ciara’s Basic Instinct takes the cake. Yet again, Basic Instinct gets pushed back from August to September to November and now it’s to be released on December 14th. What year?! How much you want to bet Ciara’s Basic Instinct will never see the light of day?! I got five on it…LET’S GO!


Seriously Ciara and label…what’s the hold up! Poor Cici just can’t win!
