NE-YO TALKS NEW ALBUM + BIG SCREEN DEBUT?!
Not only can Ne-Yo put pen a hot track, now the triple threat R&B star is penning scripts as well. According to the singer, he’s already penned a script for a new movie serves as an inspiration for his next album. And Ne-Yo is really serious as he’s already hit up the folks over in Hollywood to turn his screenplay into a big motion picture and plans to release an album and a graphic novel based on the script. He tells Britain’s Daily Star,
“I developed a script and I’m in the process of getting a Hollywood studio to turn it into a movie. Adding, “My new album is a series of songs inspired by the script that I wrote, but it’s not a musical. I’ve got a few friends in the graphic novel business, so we will story board it but release it as a book first. The underlying question is about your moral fibre. Is love, money and fame more important to you? The movie is really me and my friends answering that question.”
