STR8 RANDOMNESS: MARIAH CAREY…THE MUSICAL?!

Diva Mariah Carey is really taking her lil’ five minute role in Precious to the dome. For some strange reason MiMi thinks her life is interesting enough that she’s in talks about turning it into a musical. *Blank stare*

Mariah may act like she’s a missing a couple screws , but make no mistake she’s no dummy. The diva is aware that her acting skills aren’t Oscar worthy which is why she’s not sure about playing herself in the project.  A snitch says,

“Mariah secretly likes the idea of Leona Lewis playing her. Not only is she exotic, she’s the only one who they reckon would be able to tackle Mariah’s eight-octave vocal range.”

If “Glitter” was a blow to her acting career, she better take precaution with her next move. Lord knows she redeemed herself in “Precious”. Sounds like this musical is going to be packed with giggles, skin-tight mini dresses, and lots of butterflies. Realtalk, would you pay to see Mariah’s musical?
