“He [Jay-Z] announced the “Death of Auto-Tune” two nights before the concert, where everybody was coming in town to their song with Auto-Tune on it….You getting ready to go on in front of 60k people to do your song and he [Jay-Z] already telling them ‘that song ain’t no more’. That’s a cold play. That’s playing hardball right there man!…It’s a brilliant strategy and I can’t knock his hustle.”
