In my opinion, Drake is the ultimate cornball, he is so BLAND. Sheesh, I had to voice my frustration.

ET got the inside scoop of Nicki Minaj’s new video “Right Through Me”. “The concept of the video is boy-and-girl relationship drama, you know, all of the intimate stuff as well as the fighting as well as the self-reflecting type stuff”, says Nicki. “It’s basically just a love story told from the perspective of a very hard girl who doesn’t want to give in but she has to.”

She adds,
“The song to me is very, very personal. I haven’t spoken about an authentic relationship since I’ve come out. … Not everybody is rich, not everyone likes jewelry, not everybody likes playing dress-up, but everyone has been in a relationship at some point in their lives, so when you hear a relationship song, it’s like, you react.”

Nicki’s debut album Pink Friday is set to hit stores on November 23rd.

Earlier this week, news of a Rutger’s University freshman who committed suicide after his roommate exposed his sexual encounters with another man on the Internet spread like wildfire. Cyberbullying is becoming a major problem in the United States especially with the increase use of social media networks like Facebook and Twitter. Well, MTV wants those who are being targeted to know that it’s not the end of the world–literally. Nicki Minaj is the latest celebrity to join MTV’s ongoing “A Thin Line” initiative– aimed at individuals who believe they’re being cyberbullied or are looking for ways to stop digital harassment. Young Money’s first lady shared a few words of encouragement for her gay fans with MTV News,

“I would encourage my gay fans to be fighters and to be brave. People face difficulties, no matter who you are. I faced difficulties with a lot of things. I face opposition every day, but I didn’t kill myself and now, thank God, I’m here. So I want my life to be a testimony to my fans and my gay fans.

Fast forward to 0:54 where she just goes blank, trying to figure out what else to say. It’s kind of hilarious.

Although Nicki Minaj declined to hit the road with Rihanna this summer, the “Good Girl Gone Rated R” made it her mission to work with the Harajuku-Barbie on wax. According to JustJared, Rihanna scooped Nicki up to collaborate on a track titled “Raining Men” which is on her new album Loud which drops November 16th. Fans can look forward to “What’s My Name” being the second single off the album. This past weekend, the Bajan rude gyal was spotted in NYC shooting the video. Check out the flicks below…

Word is Cash Money head honcho Birdman took a trip to NYC’s Park Avenue Medical Center’s waiting room yesterday afternoon. According to PageSix, the rapper popped in for a checkup and brought his goons with him. Sorry, Drake and Nicki didn’t tag along for this trip. Hmm…wonder what he was getting check out? Anywhoo, snitches tell PageSix, that three big dudes from Birdman’s crew stat in the waiting room decked out in iced-out rings and bracelets along with T-shirts which read “YMCMB”. But, the funniest thing happened while they were waiting for Birdman. As they sat in the waiting room, an eldery woman walked up to one of his goons and asked “What do the letters stand for? Is that a men’s church group?”. Apparently, one of the guys, who was on his cellphone, replied, “No, it’s a rap group”.

Folks, we don’t make this sh*t up!

When it comes to the ladies, Drake has a hard time keeping himself from falling hard. Just recently he revealed to the New York Times that Rihanna hurt him. Anywhoo, for a while I’ve had this gut feeling that Drake wants to be more than just friends with his Young Money labelmate, Nicki Minaj and evidently I was right! In a recent interview with MTV, while clearing up rumors that he and Nicki are smashin’, he ended up admitting that he wouldn’t mind making her wifey–if she lets him. He says,

“Me and Nicki have a really playful relationship. When I was on tour … I saw Nicki for the first time and, like, literally fell in love. She had this snap-back hat on that said ‘Minaj.’ She used to wear that every single day. She was like a theater student and she was so cold at rapping. Adding, “I’ve always really, actually, really had a crush on her, always really loved her, and she’s always just looked at me as, like, her little brother.”

So is Drake trying to tell Nicki something in his track “Miss Me” off his debut album Thank Me Later–where he talks about wifing her up?!

He spits,

“I love Nicki Minaj/ I told her I’d admit it/ I hope one day we get married just to say we f—ing did it/ And girl, I’m f—ing serious/ I’m with it if you with it/ ‘Cause your verses turn me on and your pants are mighty fitted”

Well, according to Drizzy, it’s just a line and it’s really not that serious.

“That line on the album is just me playing with her. I’ll be playing with her for years until she’s ready to go, and then I’m ready,” said Drake.

Peep Nicki’s response to Drake crushin’ on her…let’s just say she doesn’t see him as Ken material.

After disrespecting Lil Kim by calling Nicki Minaj the “best female rapper to ever to do it”, Drake stuck his nose in something that he had no business in. MTV recently caught up with Drizzy and instead of trying to redeem himself, he vented even more about why he went in on the Queen Bee. He says,

“I feel like Lil’ Kim is a G in the game. I feel like you’re a part of an era that’s classic, that we’ll never forget as young kids, me and Nick. You don’t have to do that. You don’t have to get onstage and tell people to pay homage; that’s a given. I’ve watched Nicki pay homage time and time again. I didn’t respect [Kim's comments] at all. Whoever else was onstage with her, I didn’t respect that at all. You just wearing your heart on your sleeve. You’re showing that you’re upset. Nobody’s done that to me yet. I would never expect Jay or ‘Ye to get onstage and be like, ‘Pay homage to me. You need to respect me.’ They know they command my respect with their music and talent. I feel that’s signs you’re just losing it. I really did take that personally. That bothered me. I really don’t get caught up with the Twitter and Internet stuff, but I did see it. And I feel like you’re supposed to be a G. That just wasn’t G to me at all.”
