Another fail whale moment for DMX! The troubled rapper was recently busted for drugs while in jail. And now his jail stay has been extended. So much for hope for DMX. Real talk, enough with the fuckery…this is just getting ridiculous! (RZA’s voice)

AHH reports, DMX has been cited for drug possession, failing and refusing a drug test and smoking, all during his incarceration.

The rapper, who was supposed to be released from jail on Wednesday (July 13th), will be locked up for at least another week and possibly longer.

DMX, born Earl Simmons, was sentenced to a year in prison in December of 2010, for failing to report to his probation officer and refusing to undergo drug treatment.

The rapper has been arrested six times in Maricopa County, Arizona, alone and at least once every year, since 1999.

I’m really starting to doubt there’s any hope for a better DMX. He’s just too caught up. SMH.

AND JUST LIKE THAT, DMX GOES BACK TO JAIL! http://str8nyc.com/2010/07/27/and-just-like-that-dmx-goes-back-to-jail/ http://str8nyc.com/2010/07/27/and-just-like-that-dmx-goes-back-to-jail/#comments Tue, 27 Jul 2010 19:05:22 +0000 LexAve http://str8nyc.com/?p=41048 Tweet

Damn…I knew it was too good to be true! DMX’s past catches up with him yet again. Yesterday, DMX turned himself into a Los Angeles courthouse and authorities transported him to a county lockup, where he will start serving a 90-day jail sentence for violating probation—from back in ’02 for a conviction for reckless driving. Here’s a video clip of DMX before heading back into jail….he’s gone forever!

Like Jay-Z said “X came through, caught a lighter fluid”…then again everyday a star is born- on to the next one! And to think it was all good just a week ago, when Lil’ Kim brought him out on stage for “Money, Power, Respect”. What a tease!

LIL’ KIM GIVES LINDSAY LOHAN JAIL ADVICE… http://str8nyc.com/2010/07/15/lil-kim-gives-lindsay-lohan-jail-advice/ http://str8nyc.com/2010/07/15/lil-kim-gives-lindsay-lohan-jail-advice/#comments Thu, 15 Jul 2010 14:55:42 +0000 LexAve http://str8nyc.com/?p=40768 Tweet

From one former jail bird to the next, Lil’ Kim offers soon to be prison chick Lindsay Lohan some words of advice on being locked up.

“One thing I want her to do after she comes out of there is evaluate everything in her life, ‘cause there’s a purpose, there is a purpose for this happening, and one she realizes the purpose for this happening, and once she realizes the purpose, she will be an even better person, trust me, than before she went in there.”

Lil’ Kim also gives two cents on the justice system:

“There’s a lot of bigger fish to be fried when it comes to the justice system,” Kim wisely commented. “I don’t want herto do that time, and I don’t feel like she deserves that time … If you’re not killing someone or doing something really drastic, really, to me, no one deserves to be judged. I think a lot of celebrities who have received prison time, I think the judges have been pretty harsh. I feel like my time was harsh. I mean, we as celebrities do a lot of good, but that doesn’t get looked upon.”

Realtalk I dunno what’s worse Lil’ Kim supporting Lindsay Lohan’s dumb ass or Lil’ Kim’s jacked up FACE!

STR8 LOCK-UPS: JA RULE THE NEXT RAPPER TO CALL THE PEN HOME?! http://str8nyc.com/2010/06/08/str8-lock-ups-ja-rule-the-next-rapper-to-call-the-pen-home/ http://str8nyc.com/2010/06/08/str8-lock-ups-ja-rule-the-next-rapper-to-call-the-pen-home/#comments Tue, 08 Jun 2010 22:29:03 +0000 J'More http://str8nyc.com/?p=39535 Tweet

Believe it or not, prison is becoming Hip-hop’s number one hot spot. Last year, T.I. went in and most recently the p*ssy monster Lil Wayne is currently doing a bid as well. Now I don’t want to predict another rapper getting locked up, but you can probably expect Ja Rule to call a 6×8 cell his home if he doesn’t get his case dropped. Back in 2007, the Queen’s rapper was pulled over by the Hip-hop police while cruising the streets of NYC on suspicion of speeding, having a suspended registration and driving without insurance. While, Ja Rule probably thought he was going to walk away with just a ticket, the feds got lucky and found a gun hidden in his whip. Earlier today, the rapper’s lawyer Stacey Richman returned to court to request another hearing to discuss the problems surrounding the prosecution’s DNA evidence, but her motion was denied and a trial was set for August 18th instead. Although, Ja Rule has pleaded not guilty to the gun charge, if convicted he faces up to four years in the pen.

Ja Rule has been fighting this gun charge for three years and with the way the Hip-hop police have been on their grind…I see jail time in his future. #Imjustsayin
