If you haven’t heard by now a new hip hop musical, “Teenage Chronicles” debuts in NYC this weekend for a three-day run, starting Friday, October 16th- Sunday, October 18th.

Stop The Madness Productions x D-Dub Productions team up to bring you a fresh new musical that fuses spoken word and hip hop to tell the stories of five teenagers who are in their senior year in high school and living in New York City. As they prepare for graduation, they’re confronted with common issues (i.e depression, domestic violence, teen pregnancy, etc.) that often plague teens in our society during a major turning point in their lives. It delves into the “struggle, the life and the strife” of living as a teen in an urban community.

*Think “Annie” x “Rent” x “Fame” x “Degrassi” with a hip-hop/spoken word twist*

Please come out for a night of cause and applause and witness a new hip hop musical set to take NYC by storm, “Teenage Chronicles”.
