Representin’ NYC’s LES (Lower East Side) Widmark is definitely making his mark with his street driven and raw lyrical skills best believe he’s the next best thing STRAIGHTOUTTANYC! His numerous run-ins with various industry names, Widmark is certain success is next to follow. He recalls a run-in with former president of Def Jam, Jay-Z.

“I met Jay-Z at the NBA store and asked if I could rhyme for him. I was nervous as hell but I still got it out. Jay said I was too young at the time and maybe we’ll run into each other again in the future.”
