Word is Jay-Z and media hogger Al Sharpton specifically asked BET to ban Chris Brown from attending the BET Awards this past weekend. According to a snitch,
“Al made such a fuss to the BET executives that they pulled Chris. Adding, “Jay is a big name in the BET community, and he was very vocal about his displeasure with Chris attending the ceremony. He didn’t want Chris anywhere near the awards so close to the court’s ruling.”
Well, reps over at BET and Chris’ mouthpiece have denied that the young star was banned from the ceremony insisting that the rumor is “not true-he was never confirmed to perform”.
Wondering why Rihanna was no where insight on Sunday?! Apparently, the Good Girl Gone Bad felt she was too good to attend the awards ceremony and opted to hang out with her new boo, NBA star Rashard Lewis in New York instead. According to RiRi’s mouthpiece,
“Rihanna was never meant to attend [the BET awards].”

Bcus I really would have enjoyed chris brown… he’s a talented person … and his performance would have been speacil knoing that he’s a michale jackson fan … but who the hell iS jay z ( I lovee hiS music and all ) but do he even like michale ?? That shout out to michale sounded so fake … if anybody shouldn’t have been there it should have been him … how the hell you sing that song to a michale jackson tribuate ?? Anyways … chris brown should have been there cuS I know he love him some michale .
