ESTELLE TALKS NEW ALBUM “ALL OF ME” + SHOE LINE

In a recent interview with PopEater, UK sensation Estelle discussed what fans can expect from her forthcoming album tentatively titled All Of Me. According to the songstress, fans will come to know a different side of  her as this album is completely different from her debut Shine. She says,

“We’ve been working on the new album for a while, we went straight back in the studio. This time I just wanted to get it all out there. You know, I’ve been through so many things, cried so many times, dealt with so much stuff, that I thought I would put it all on this album. I’m kind of toying with the name “All Of Me,” because that’s exactly what it is. I’m sick of struggling, it’s time for me”.

As for when and what fans can expect from All Of Me, she adds,

“I’m hoping in the fall, we’re finishing it up now so I’m getting really excited. It’s just so unlike my other stuff — in that it’s totally me. I think people loved my initial stuff, but they weren’t sure who the hell I was. I think with my new music, it will let them know it’s not all roses. I’m working toward getting more of myself out there”. She continues, “When folks come to my show, they always say, ‘Wow, you’re hilarious!’ So, I guess people are unaware that I’m actually a comedian. I just think it’s easier to keep things all jokes, you know? People will probably figure it out a little bit on this new album, but either way I just like to have fun”.

Estelle isn’t limiting herself to just being a music artist. She’s also added fashion designer to her resume and is working on her very own shoe line. She says,

“I’m working on doing a shoe line. They’ll be really good shoes, really really really high heels, good looking shoes, architectural shoes, like pieces you could put on a wall”.
