Officer Ricky’s mouthpiece has announced that his upcoming album Deeper Than Rap has been pushed back from March 24 to April 21. Hmmm…I wonder why. Could it be because rival Fifty Cent’s Before I Self Destruct has been pushed back from its original release date of March 24?! For this album, the Boss has enlisted the help of Christopher “Tricky” Stewart for the track “All I Want”. The Runners are expected to lend their hands in writing three songs; “Boss’ Lady”, “In Cold Blood” and “Laid Back”, while Drumma Boy will produce a track called “Face”. Fans can expect to hear Mary J. Blige’s voice on the track “Valley of Death” and Nas’ rhymes on the track “Usual Suspects”.
Officer Ricky loves the kids, so he’s planning to go on tour some time in the Spring and the proceeds will go to underprivileged kids. His first stop will be in Fifty Cent’s neck of the woods, Queens. He says,
“We got something coming up real soon. We’re having a big concert in New York City. The money I make will go to underprivileged kids – some of the orphans. I’m starting in Queens, then I’m going to the Bronx, then I’m going to Brooklyn, then I’m stopping in Harlem, then I’m going to 305 [Miami]. Real people do real things”.
LMAO@ Real people do real things. Officer Ricky is really going hard by making sure that he makes his first stop in Pimpin’ Curly’s hood. Geographically speaking he should stop in Brooklyn first, Harlem second, Queens third and lastly the Bronx.
