50′S BABY MAMA DRAMA CONTINUES…

Fifty’s baby mama, Shaniqua done went and started some mess by claiming Fifty’s ass tried to kill her when the crib he copped her mysteriously caught on fire. Apparently, Fifty ain’t feelin’ the way she dragged his name through the mud, so his ass is suing her for defamation of character.For months, Fifty has been embroiled in a bitter court battle with his baby mama after he attempted to evict her and their son, Marquise from his Long Island mansion. When the crib went up in flames, the police called it a “highly suspicious” inferno, but Shaniqua claimed Fifty started the fire as a way to force her and their son out of the crib. Shortly after the blaze, shorty went on a rampage and told the press,

“He tried to kill me and his own child. I know this came from 50 Cent.”

Fifty’s attorney, Brett Kimmel issued a statement saying,

“There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods. Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son.”

Fifty also claims his baby mama refuses to let him speak to their son since the fire occurred, while also calling him a bad father for failing to get in touch with him. However, in a petition filed in Suffolk County Family court, Fifty says his baby mama has “made it practically impossible” for him to even contact his son cuz she didn’t even tell him where they were staying. As for shorty claiming that Fifty didn’t even call to check on his son, Fifty says that’s a lie too. When Fifty found out that Marquise’s cell phone was engulfed in the flames, he sent his lil’ man a new one, along with a bag filled with new clothes. Fifty’s dream team claims his baby mama hasn’t given the cell phone to Marquise, so in other words the only way Fifty can even speak to his son is by calling his baby mama’s celly. Damn, now I can see why he hasn’t really called. According to legal documents, Fifty’s baby mama’s behavior is a “willful violation” of their custody agreement and he is requesting a judge to allow him access to his son. Fifty’s attorney is scheduled to argue the case in court on June 20 because Fifty’s ass is currently filming a movie in Louisiana.

This is a whole lotta “He Said, She Said” mess…somebody get the story straight. All this drama calls for a reality show deal.

  • Never bite that hand that feeds you. She is making it hard for that young man to have a relationship with his father. All of this maddess needs to stop. I don’t believe that 40 burned his own house , but ole boy who was supposed to have lived there sure wasn’t there in those early hours—make you go hummmmmm!
