RIHANNA SKIPS OUT ON HOT 97′S SUMMER JAM…

After all the hype, our favorite echoing green-eyed bandit songstress, Rihanna, was a no show at Hot 97’s 2008 Summer Jam in NYC. As the acts hit the stage and the hours went by, fans awaited for the pop princess to make an appearance but by the end the of night it was pretty clear she was MIA. Rihanna opted for a little QT with her boo, C.Breezy at the MTV Movie Awards in LA instead.
