Seriously, I couldn’t make this stuff even if I wanted to. Meet Queens native, Stacey Gayle. Certain songs really got to her - and she had surgery to make them stop. No JOKE! For years this chick has been suffering from epilepsy and in 2006 she figured out that music, and specifically Sean Paul’s chart topper “Temperature,” could set off the attacks.
“I don’t know why Sean Paul was giving me seizures…But as soon as the beat came on, it just triggered a seizure. I’d go somewhere and I’d be like, ‘Don’t play that song!’”
She later discovered that other songs, including Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and Sean Kingston’s “Beautiful Girls,” could do the same. Talk about killer joints! Tired of living fear of dying, Stacey sought out Dr. Ashesh Mehta, a neurosurgeon and director of epilepsy surgery at the medical center to cure her. Seriously, I can’t go on with this story…as funny as it may sound it’s hella serious! I gotta admit Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and S.Kingston’s “Beautiful Girls” sometimes makes me wanna foam at the mouth! SOMEBODY, PLEASE STOP THE MUSIC, lol…
LMFAO!!!!
