Remember the pics of Ne-Yo holding Hayden Panettiere’s hand? Well, he does admit holding shorty’s hand, but he claims that they are not dating.  As for the hand holding, Ne-Yo tells PEOPLE,

“I was helping her out of the car!. She had these shoes – they were cute – but they were torture devices, so I had to help her.”

Aww he’s such a gentleman.
Well, Ne-Yo claims that he just met shorty and she invited him to hang out. They spent two days together touring Ronald McDonald Houses in Dallas, Detroit, Philadelphia, and New York in which some type of magic happened. Ne-Yo says,

“I’m a fan of Hayden’s show Heroes, so I was excited to know she was going to do this with me. Hayden is cool people. She’s a little silly. But silly is good.”

There is also a possibility that Ne-Yo will work with Hayden in the future.

“We talked about me possibly writing a song or two,” for Panettiere’s long-delayed album, says Ne-Yo, who is also working on the upcoming Michael Jackson album. “I’d do it if she needed me to.”
