Meanwhile N.O.R.E, is a fatboy trying to get slim by putting down the twinkies and picking up some dumbells thanks to the intensive training by The Bar-Tendaz.

Looks like this the latest trend in the Hip Hop & RnB world…forget the studio sessions, watch me do 500 crunches! I’m all for working on my fitness but putting it on the net, what’s the point?!
