Here’s Beyonce performing lead single off “4″, “Run The World” at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards. Can’t lie the song is definitely growing on me. Beyonce took live performance to another level with her BillBoard Award set. Performing with projection involves crazy synchronization and the timing has got to be perfect and Beyonce was on point!! Once again Beyonce proves to be one of the best, if not the BEST, performer of our generation.

STR8 SNITCHIN’: BEYONCE TO PAPA KNOWLES…”TO THE LEFT, TO THE LEFT”

“Exit stage left”…that’s what Beyonce told her Papa Knowles/Manager earlier this week. On Monday, Beyonce’s publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure broke the news that the Grammy-winning singer and her father have parted ways “on a business level”.

“I am grateful for everything he has taught me,” Beyonce said in the statement. “I grew up watching both he and my mother manage and own their own businesses. They were hardworking entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps.”

She didn’t say what led to the split, but her father said in a separate statement to the AP late Monday that the decision was mutual.

In the statement, Beyonce stressed her devotion to her father on a personal level.

“He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly. I am grateful for everything he has taught me,” Beyonce said.

Knowles also got personal in his statement.

“Business is business and family is family. I love my daughter and am very proud of who she is and all that she has achieved. I look forward to her continued great success,” he said.

Now if we look at Papa Knowles management track record, there’s no denying it was his efforts and business savy that brought Destiny’s Child and Beyonce Knowles mega stardom & success. According to reports,
Knowles has managed his daughter since she debuted as a teen in the multiplatinum-selling group Destiny’s Child in the late 1990s and throughout her superstar career as a solo artist.

Knowles oversaw all aspects of Beyonce, from music to movies to fashion and more. Her career includes 16 Grammy awards, top-grossing movies “Dreamgirls” and “Obsessed,” fashion ventures and lucrative endorsements.

The 29-year-old has released three multiplatinum albums — “Dangerously In Love,” “B’Day” and “I Am … Sasha Fierce” — and has 12 Top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, including five No. 1s. Destiny’s Child had 11 Top 10 hits on the Hot 100 chart and six No. 1s.

With this “business” break-up, we ask ourselves…will Beyonce’s career still thrive without her dad in the driver’s seat?
Who will manage Beyonce now? Will her hubby, Jay-Z, step in?
What direction will Beyonce’s career take next?
And now that Beyonce’s followed in Kelly Rowland’s footsteps…when can we expect a tell-all from Kelly Rowland?! I’m just sayin’…ya know some serious mess and sabotage went on while on the come-up. Would to read all about it, wouldn’t you?!
So many questions and lil’ to no answers. With Beyonce working on her next fourth solo album, we’ll just have to wait and see how things play out. Beyonce’s is one the baddest and hard working chick in the game…I highly doubt her career will take a nosedive any time soon. Surely Beyonce’s mogulness will carry on…best believe!

There are numerous rumors swirling about the Knowles family and their shady ways…including the rumor that Matthew Knowles is Kelly Rowland’s secret father. While at The Beat in Philly, Kelly Rowland clears the air and addresses those rumors. When asked “Is Matthew Knowles really your father?” Kelly said the following….

So there you have it folks…”NO! Matthew Knowles is NOT her father!” That should put all those rumors to rest.
Realtalk, I can’t wait for the day Kelly decides to pen a tell all book about her life behind the Beyonce’s shadow and being a part of the Knowles camp. That ought to be a juicy read.

It’s official Matthew Knowles is dunzo! Another former Destiny’s Child member, Michelle Williams, & Matthew Knowles management bite the dust. According to TheYBF, here’s the statement Michelle Williams issued…

“After much prayer and consideration I have decided to part ways from my management team, Mathew Knowles and Music World Entertainment. From my time in Destiny’s Child to my solo career, I am grateful for everything Mathew and his team has done for me. We’ve shared great success together. However, as I move in a new direction in my career, I felt it was time. I wish Mathew Knowles and the Music World Entertainment family all the best.”

“To The Left, To The Left…”

First Kelly Rowland drops PaPa Knowles in 2009 and now Michelle Williams kicks him to the curb in 2010…I highly doubt Beyonce will make the same move. Either way, this is definitely a good move for M.Williams, especially now that she’s geared up to star in Chicago Broadway Musical in February. The US may be stannin’ Beyonce, but the UK shows both Kelly & Michelle extra love- they’re definitely stacking on their Euros.

Ms.Kelly wowed the crowd in her sexy black bodysuit doing her biggest hits such as ‘Work’, ‘Dilemma’ and ‘When Love Takes Over’. She even took back to her DC3 days and performed “Say My Name”. Hope Matthew Knowles is watching…

KELLY: “I AIN’T READY TO MEET MY REAL DADDY…”

It’s been said that Kelly Rowland’s biological father is none other than Beyonce’s father Matthew Knowles, however Kelly claims that her mother jumped ship and left her abusive father when she was just a kid. For some odd reason, rumor spread like wildfire that Kelly has set out on a mission to find her real father. Well, in an attempt to put the rumor to rest, Kelly claims that she hasn’t looked for her daddy nor is she even ready to look for his ass. She tells Britain’s Heat Radio,

“I don’t know who started that story! I haven’t actually. I feel like I’m not really ready for that yet, I’ve enough going on in my life to really open that up. Maybe later on in about 16 or 17 months. I told myself I’d work for 16 long months and then I’d take a vacation or a break, but now is not that time for me.”

Kelly isn’t sure whether her father is still alive or if he even knows who she is.

She adds, “I don’t know where he is but I hope he’s not dead. That would break my heart. I remember my dad being drunk and aggressive towards my mom but not me. It took courage for her to get away. I don’t know if he knows who I am or what I’ve done. He must be hiding under a rock if he doesn’t.”

I don’t care what Kelly says, PaPa Knowles is her daddy!

In case you haven’t heard the beef, there’s rumors claiming Matthew Knowles is trying to get Letoya pulled out the BET Awards because Beyonce is set to perform. Shots fired!!!
So during an interview with WPGC’s DJ Flexx, she was asked to address the rumors…

Dj Flexx:”Let’s just say that it’s true, how does it make you feel that Matthew would go so hard at you to get you off the show?”

LeToya:”It saddens me a little. Because our situation happened close to 10 years ago, and I think as we all know Bey is a very very very talented artist, and I think that we both have our own lanes and fanbase, and I don’t see why I would have to be one of the ones picked out of the entire crew of females that will be hitting the stage that night. I don’t know… I’m gonna try and word this right… I just don’t understand why I’m picked outta that group because there are so many other female artists performin’ that night and I think we all deserve to have a chance at that stage. Everybody works hard and we all have something different to offer, from Keyshia to Keri to Bey, everybody is different in their own ways so it saddens me if that’s true, and I hope that’s not the case but I’ll be there regardless”.

KELLY ROWLAND’S RECORD LABEL GIVES HER THE BOOT?!

Just two months after firing Matthew Knowles as her manager, Kelly Rowland is now being dumped by her record label, Columbia Records. Despite the fact that her first two solo album sold more than four million copies, snitches say that label bosses over at Columbia gave Kelly the boot because they fear that she’s “no longer commercially viable”.
Who’s really checking for Kelly Rowland?!

BEYONCE CREDITS PARENTS FOR HER SUCCESS

In the April issue of Vogue set to hit newsstands on March 24, Beyonce Knowles not only opens up about her relationship with Jay-Z, but also about her strong relationship with her parents. Beyonce is convinced that she wouldn’t be the megastar she is today if it weren’t for her parents, Matthew and Tina Knowles. Although some feel that MaMa and PaPa Knowles are too involved in their daughter’s life, Beyonce claims that the arrangement they have works and that their lives do not really revolve around hers. She says,

“We all did this together.” While adding, “They do their own things. Their whole lives are not … me.”

As for her relationship with MaMa Knowles, Beyone gushes

“(She) is truly my best friend. We work together on our clothing line. She handles my movies: She reads all the scripts and tells me the good ones, and then I read them”.

While on the other hand PaPa Knowles who she refers to as a “tough bargainer”, “does all of the business deals and negotiations”. She explains,

“The best thing is having someone I trust. I know he is up until 4:00 a.m. fighting and working and doing things that no one else would do. But he really knows what he’s doing, and he’s a workaholic. And for a while I was starting to become that way. I realized that just because my parents are workaholics — because my mother is, too — it doesn’t mean I have to be one. So I have slowed down a lot — even though my slowing down is two movies and a tour in one year!”
