R&B crooner Mario is the latest celeb to be snagged by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) for its “Ink, Not Mink” campaign. Behind the scenes of his PETA photoshoot, Mario revealed why he chooses not to rock fur and also shared his immense love for animals. Who would’ve guessed that Mario is such a huge animal lover?

“Every piece of fur that you see out there and people wearing, there’s an animal [who's] lost…his or her life.”

Guess Mario isn’t a big fan of Michael Vick. LOL

Last night, ya girl J’More hit up “The Park” in our nation’s capital where ANTM Eva “The Diva” Marcille Pigford and girl group RichGirl played host for the night. Now, if you’re not familiar with DC’s night life, make no mistake that “The Park” is the place to be each and every Thursday night; even celebrities seem to think so! Not only was the club jam packed from wall to wall with clubgoers, but celebrities such as DC’s very own Raheem DeVaughn, Bobby Valentino, and (much later) Mario were in attendance as well. As for RichGirl, my eyes never spotted them and even if I did I didn’t know it was them. Later on in the night, Raheem got on the mic and sang a lil’ medley, while the DJ showed Bobby Valentino some love and spinned hits “Beep, Beep” and “Slow Down”. Throughout the night it was announced that Mario was on his way. Well, I don’t know what took him so long, but he ended up strolling in about a half an hour before the club officially closed its doors for the night sportin’  a freshly shaved baldie, a blue fitted and some black wayfarer shades. All in all, I had a great time aside from the fact my poor lil’ feet suffered from the abuse of my 4 1/2 heels and I was bumped into a couple times.
