Is the Beyonce still considered the hottest chick in the game? While, Rihanna and the other wannabe’s try to emulate her, Forbes magazine just dropped its “Most Powerful Women List” and surprisingly Beyonce didn’t make the top 5. Sure, she and hubby Jay-Z may be at the top when it comes to raking in the dollars, but her “hottest chick in the game” title is in jeopardy of being revoked! The “Single Ladies” hitmaker, came in ninth place on Forbes’ list, while Lady Gaga is two steps ahead of her at No. 7. Now, the “hottest chick in the game” according to Forbes is First Lady O! President Obama’s wifey claims the No. 1 spot–beating Oprah Winfrey. Well, it does make sense that Michelle would be the most powerful woman. Um…her hubby is running our country.

We can’t but wonder…has Bey has lost her swag?

“Well, it is certainly no disrespect to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian. As you know, I am the most judgement-free human being on the earth. However, it has many interpretations. For me this evening, if we don’t stand up for what we believe in and if we don’t fight for our rights pretty soon, we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on own bones. And, I am not a piece of meat.”

Jennifer Hudson may be getting that WeightWatchers money, but she needs to step her game up if she wants to sell any records. The former American Idol hopeful and Oscar winner is back in the studio working on her second album, but word is the songs she recorded aren’t poppin’. A snitch tells the NY Daily News,

“The songs she recorded so far were mostly Euro-dance music suited for Rihanna or Lady GaGa. The producers and songwriters unanimously agreed the music didn’t fit Jennifer and encouraged Larry to send her back into the studio.”

Apparently, producer Rich Harrison’s involvement in the project in the reason to blame. “The consensus was that the songs were not so not J.Hud,” added the snitch.

Meanwhile, J. Hud’s mouthpiece claims,

“We’ve received terrific feedback on the material,” and says she’s only “in the beginning stages” of recording her album.

But, according to another snitch, Jennifer “had to go back into the studio”. And this time “she’ll be adding some soulful, Aretha Franklin and Gladys Knight type songs to the CD”.

“Jennifer’s first album managed to go platinum thanks to name recognition and the wave she was riding from ‘Dreamgirls,’ but it didn’t yield any major pop hits. She needs to really get on her game if she wants to continue her career as a recording artist.”

I’m a huge fan of J. Hud and I think she needs to stick with what works best for her. Jacking Lady Gaga and Rihanna is just going to kill her career. Glad they have her going back in the studio to bring back her sound and not that Gaga/Rihanna crap.

Akon recently came out of his face accusing Christina Aguilera of straight jackin’ Lady Gaga’s style. Well, the pop star decided to respond to the Konvict’s comment. X-Tina doesn’t give two sh*ts about what Akon has to say and wants to remind him including the world that she’s a veteran in the game. She says,

“It just comes with the territory. That, in particular, is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on.” She added, “I’ve been around for over a decade and I think my work speaks for myself. [When I was younger] I would have engaged, been a little upset [about the comparisons]. There’s a bigger picture out there. I’ve got my son, my family, my work.”

Glad she handled it the way she did. Really, what’s the point of catching feelings over what Akon thinks when she has more important things to worry about.

While the world may be going gaga for Lady Gaga, legend Grace Jones isn’t a fan of the pop star. When asked how she felt about the singer, she told UK’s Guardian newspaper,

“I really don’t think of her at all. I go about my business. Adding, “Well, you know, I’ve seen some things she’s worn that I’ve worn, and that does kind of piss me off,”

Apparently, Lady Gaga desperately wanted to collaborate with Miss Jones—but she turned her down with the quickness.

“Yes, she did, but I said no,” Grace said. “I’d just prefer to work with someone who is more original and someone who is not copying me, actually.”

Grace kept it real funky, but I wonder how she feels about Rihanna? And Akon is a dummy if he thinks Lady Gaga’s swag is original ’cause it’s pretty evident where she gets her inspiration from. Need a reminder?…

After Nicki Minaj fired Wacka Flacka’s momager from her camp and with Rick Ross’ Teflon Don new album on the way…the rappers are aiming for new heights with their newly reported manager Sean “Diddy” Combs. Funny thing is it was rumored Diddy was executive producing Rick Ross new album and now today he’s his manager…not to mention Diddy is an artist himself working on his “Last Train to Paris” album. How did this happen? According to Billboard, a snitch claims, the rap mogul is not only co-managing Lil’ Wayne’s protege Nicki Minaj but also Rick Ross.

Word is Nicki recently hit up Lady Gaga’s manager Troy Carter, but the “Bad Romance” hitmaker threw shade her way. Apparently, Lady Gaga threatened to kick him to the curb if he took Nicki on as a client. Well, Diddy saw this as an opportunity. And being the opportunist that he is…Diddy sidestepped his way into management.

Looks like Akon is accusing singer Christina Aguilera of swagger jackin’! The Konvict seems to think that Lady Gaga has every chick in the game shook that they’re all trying to bite her style including Miss Aguilera. He tells Vibe magazine,

“Christina shouldn’t have anything to prove or anyone to compete with. I miss the old Christina Aguilera. I like the old one better than the new one. Honestly, Gaga and Christina could probably get together and do something that’s amazing. But that’s impossible if they are both trying to do the same exact thing musically.

And Akon is convinced Christina can’t knock Lady Gaga out of the game. He adds,

“Aw man, that’s not even any competition. You are actually giving Christina too much credit. She always had her cool little look and way about how she went about things. But soon as Gaga came out, everything switched up. Christina stepped out of her own shell to become something different. And the crazy thing is Christina is really talented. She has unlimited range when it comes to singing. Her voice is out of here. “I think sometimes she gets insecure because of all of the success Gaga has had, not realizing that she was already successful before Gaga came out.”

I can’t knock Lady GaGa’s movement, but she straight up jacked Madonna’s style. So Akon needs to #sithisassdown ’cause Lady GaGa ain’t original her damn self.

Not sure if you’re aware but the Queen of daytime television Oprah Winfrey plans to kick “The Oprah Winfrey Show” to the curb in 2011. No need to worry ’cause Lady O will still be on your television screen, but just on her very own network, OWN. The next chapter in Oprah’s life will be a nighttime talk show that will feature conversations from celebrities and political icons. Word is she’s scooped up new BFF’s Jay-Z and Lady Gaga to be her first guests! Everyone loves them some Oprah which is why the network is milking her ability to attract high-profile talent. One series titled “Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind”, will highlight Lady Gaga and film director James Cameron among others, while “Master Class” will feature important people like former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the king of Hip-hop Jay-Z relaying their life stories and lessons straight into the camera.

Apparently, Oprah hit up homie Jay-Z on the cellie and asked him if he was down. Jay admits that he didn’t even think twice. He says,

It sounds like Rihanna isn’t feeling Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s “Telephone” video. Here’s what “The Good Girl Gone Rated R” had to say:

“I don’t like things to be so commercial. I hate product placement in my videos. Videos should just tell the story of the song. With product placement, it becomes this big ad campaign. I just don’t like that. Sometimes we have to (use products in music videos), for whatever political reason, but it’s never my first choice.

Hmm…sounds like RiRi’s just hating on Gaga ’cause “Telephone” was such a huge hit. I agree that the video doesn’t really make much sense, but Rihanna should be the last person to call someone out for being “too commercial”.
