On-again couple Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri were spotted at some airport recently…whether or not they’re officially reunited, according to Janet JD’s is now an EX! In a recent interview with AtL’s The Bert Show, Janet Jackson included Jermaine Durpi in her list of ex-boyfriends that she’s still in touch with.


“Jermaine is one of my best friends. I love him to death. We’re still connected. We’re still good friends. We still talk….We’re there for one another,” Jackson said of Dupri. “I think it will remain that way for the rest of my life.”


Sounds to me like Janet is just in a fragile state right now and doesn’t it want it to affect her relationship w/JD, so for now he’s a friend. Surely, that’ll change.

R&B group Jagged Edge have made it clear that they never want to work with producer Jermaine Dupri on any of their future projects. Already in comeback mode, the group recently signed a deal with Slip-N-Slide Records for the release of their upcoming album The Remedy. As far as the group is concerned, their professional relationship with Jermaine is non-existent. When asked if Jermaine would be working on their new album, member Brian Casey revealed, 

“No. I usually like to leave the door open for questions like that, but I’m going to go ahead and close that door. No, we’re not working with Jermaine. I’m not really looking to ever work with Jermaine again. It’s not beef. It’s no love lost. I just think we’re on two different pages and that’s fine. He can be where he’s at and we can be where we’re heading.”

I have to agree with Jermaine on this one, women really do need to stop being so damn naive! Unfortunately, this is what men do. They sit around and talk about money, cars and hoes all day…it’s nothing new. JD posing the question “What’s the first thing you think about when you see Tahiry’s ass?” was right on the money! I hate to say it, but nobody is checking for Tahiry because she has a pretty face or is making moves with regards to her career. Wonder why?! It’s quite simple: everyone is making a big deal about her ass!
