Well, they’ve got another hit on their hands with their new show “Love & Hip-Hop” which features “the women of Hip-hop”, Swizz Beats’ ex-wife Mashonda, singer and G-Unit’s former first lady Olivia, Fabolous’ babymama Emily Bustamante, Jim Jone’s wifey Christine Lampkin, Joe Budden’s ex-jumpoff model/aspiring rapper Somaya Reece. The show hits television screens Monday, March 14th at 10:30 PM EST. From the looks of it, this show is filled with D-R-A-M-A! Check out the trailer below…

NYC was filled with celebs last night as they flocked to the many exclusive events that went down in the city that never sleeps. Chris Brown, Fabolous, and supermodel Jessica White attended Swatch’s launch party for their New Gents Collection at the Gansevoort.

While, our fav U.K. chick Estelle made her rounds yesterday along with Trey Songz, Method Man and others who came out to the launch party of Def Jam Rapstar at the Hudson Hotel.

Check out Diddy’s interview with ABC’s Nightline where Martin Bashir, the same dude who made Michael Jackson really look like a pedophile in an interview years ago. Martin question’s Diddy’s parenting skills, Biggie’s death and whether or not he’d put his name on anything just to make money. Peep Diddy’s response ’cause from the look on his face he seemed tight. But, ya gotta love Martin Bashir for keeping it real and not kissing Diddy’s a$$ like any other interviewer would’ve done.

Martin: You’ve talked about wanting to be the black James Bond. You’ve talked about wanting to be someone that kids want to emulate. Aren’t you setting a bad example by being a man with multiple children and multiple mothers?

Diddy: I think it depends on how you look at it. You know? All of my kids are well taken care of, they all go to the best schools.

Martin: But you don’t live with them?

Diddy: All of the mothers are taken care of.

Martin: Financially?

Diddy: Financially. And I’m there for my children, as a father.

Martin: Do you think it was appropriate to buy you’re 16 year old son a Maybach car worth almost $400,000?

Diddy: Yeah. I think it’s appropriate to give my kids whatever I want to give my kids. I feel the way I raise my children, I don’t have to explain to you or anyone else, ’cause nobody knows the way I raise my children.

Martin: Do you think it was a valuable lesson for a child to learn about the value of money?

Diddy: It wasn’t even about a lesson. It’s what I wanted to do. I can do whatever I want to do with my children and you can’t question me about it. Nobody can question me about what I do with my children.

Fast forward towards the end of the interview to hear Diddy’s explanation of “Mind-F*cking” to ABC’s Martin Bashir…and don’t overlook the “Hard core gangsta rapper” question Martin poses to Diddy. But wait…when in the hell was Diddy ever a “hard core rapper” let alone a “rapper”? Really wish ABC did their research on this one! #imjustsayin

STR8 TALK: KAT STACKS SLAPPED & HANDLED! JUSTICE OR FOUL?!

Str8NYC is real adamant about particular content posted on this site…we’re not like all those other sites jumping on the bandwagon. Hell, I’ll admit it took me a minute to jump on the Drake train and when groupie hoe Kat Stacks pounced on the scene dishing on all these rappers and their shenanigans, Str8NYC fell back extra and played the sideline…all while observing the fuckery. Fast forward to this past weekend, our homie TheParrish put us on to a video clip which he deemed “classic” of Kat Stacks getting son’d by allegedly Fabolous’ brother. And when we say son’d, we mean slapped and man handled all while being pressured to say “I’m Sorry” to Fabolous and Bow Wow. Just play the video below…

Surely most people say “well she deserved it”…”she doesn’t respect herself, so she asked for it”…”this was bound to happen”. Really?! If that’s the case, then how come Superhead never got her ass whopped for all the snitchin’ she did? Secondly, why is this dude bitch slappin’ Kat Stacks? Couldn’t he get one of his cheap tricks or hood rat friends to pop off on Kat? And thirdly, when did it become ok for any man to hit a woman…hoe or not- this kind of behavior is just uncalled for- REGARDLESS! #imjustsayin

It’s gon’ be a party y’all! Earlier today, Hot 97 announced the lineup for this year’s Summer Jam set to take place June 6^th at the new Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey. This year’s acts include Usher, Young Money’s Drake and Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz, Juelz Santana, Fabolous, Reflection Eternal, DJ Khaled, Ludacris and Gucci Mane since he’ll be out of the pen by then–let’s just hope he doesn’t get his a$$ locked up again!

You already know to expect the unexpected at Summer Jam. Last year, Jay-Z launched a massive assault on Auto-Tune with the debut of “D.O.A”.
