NYC was filled with celebs last night as they flocked to the many exclusive events that went down in the city that never sleeps. Chris Brown, Fabolous, and supermodel Jessica White attended Swatch’s launch party for their New Gents Collection at the Gansevoort.

While, our fav U.K. chick Estelle made her rounds yesterday along with Trey Songz, Method Man and others who came out to the launch party of Def Jam Rapstar at the Hudson Hotel.

Last night, “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” hitmaker Cyndi Lauper, Kelly Rowland and Estelle took the stage at amfAR’s Inspiration Gala at the New York Public Library. Judging from the pics it seems like they put on a great show. I’m trying to figure out where Cyndi fits in the mix.

Check out Robin Thicke’s new video and second single off Sex Therapy entitled “Rollacoasta” featuring UK’s finest Estelle. Glad to see Robin Thicke is finally breaking the mainstream charts with this new sound…although I can’t stop comparing to Justin Timberlake in this joint.

On another note, when will the Jay-Z collabo “Meiple,” finally drop and make the rounds? Surely that’s coming next… which I’m sure will be his next radio push if the label sticks to their current recipe for success.

Ya gurl LexAve is a huge Estelle fan and the track is fiyah, but the video is not so hot! With all the galactic visuals and funky colors, it’s still lacking something…I just can’t put my finger on it.

Last Thursday ya gurls LexAve & J’More hit up SOBs for a special set where John Legend x Homeschool Records presented Vaughn Anthony for the second time in NYC. After checking out Vaughn Anthony for the 2nd time, it’s no question the man is fine but I can’t help to point out he sounds too much like big bro John Legend. He may not have the same vocal range but his voice is just so similar to the Grammy winner…but either way makes for great eye candy. Aside from that, also in the building was Estelle & Fat Joe…although Estelle was into posing for any flicks, the woman is a true sweetheart but Fat Joe was all for the cameras and inform us he was dropping another album in June. We’ll see if 50 Cent will get on him for that release. Anywho enjoy the pics and video we snagged.
