Diddy and his Angels aka Dirty Money are back with another video for their new single “Love Come Down” which will also be featured on Diddy’s Last Train To Paris. Here’s what Dawn Richards told VIBE about the new single:

“It’s the woman’s point of view. Puff had an idea of finding love, losing love and finding love again as a storyline, but he just didn’t want one perspective. We tell the opposite side and make the love story complete as narrators. We can relate to the story. If they split up, what is she thinking? So it’s through the eyes of both parties.”

Dawn Richards, Diddy & Kalenna make “Dirty Money”. Ya’ll already know Diddy is into that freaky mess and just had to be the dude in between the two chicks in Dirty Money. Is it me or does Kalenna remind me of Estelle? Maybe its the hair and chocolate factor…

In other Diddy news, word is his Last Train to Paris is delayed to November 24. Diddy already knew competing against Jay-Z and 50 Cent’s September releases would be career suicide, so he smarten up and pushed it back. Smart move….

SOHH recently caught up with the lovely Dawn Richards of the former group Danity Kane to talk new hairstyle and new music. After much speculation, it’s now finally being confirmed Dawn will not be a solo artist, but rather a member of another Bad Boy group, called Dirty Money. The group consists of three members, Dawn, Diddy, and singer/songwriter Kalina. We’ll see how that goes….I’m just happy to see Dawn is still working.

Last night at Zune LA, Hennessy hosted a 30th birthday celebration for actress Tatyana Ali. Tatyana’s entire family were all in attendance along with celeb friends who included Dawn Richard (Danity Kane), actor Omar Miller, D-Nice, Quddus, Twista, and more. Slim (from 112) even sang Happy Birthday to Tatyana before breaking into a full performance where he sang his new hit song “So Fly” as well as classic 112 song “Peaches & Cream.”


Even her “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” co-star, Alfonso Ribiero, stopped by.

For all you Danity Kane fans (are there any?), Dawn Richards is doing her solo thing by launching the first edition of her own comic book line, DANITY KANE Comics, which can be found at www.DanityKaneComics.com. Edition II and III will be released in the coming months and it will be accompanied by an Original Music Sountrack. Dawn is also in middle of shooting Season 5 of MTV’s Making The Band, which will begin airing in late February. So be on the look out for her new projects…In the meantime check out a few new images of Dawn doing her thing.

Is Danity Kane even relevant anymore?! Well to Dawn they are. Shorty is on a mission trying to clear her name. She’s now running around claiming she’s not the sole reason as to why Danity Kane is now dunzo. As she has openly stated before, Aubrey and D. Woods are to blame for the major rift in the group. She says,


“The reality is that we were in a group and everyone got to do the individual. I was pro Danity Kane. Aubrey went to Broadway, D. Woods had her own side hustle: a group. Everyone had their own opportunity to do things and no one ever had anything to say about it, it was totally fine. It’s interesting that Puff (Combs) just had me on a couple of references (song parts) and my name is in it like I did something wrong. It’s interesting how tables turn. All of a sudden when someone has a belief in me, people say I’m doing something side.”


It’s one thing being a group that went platinum but going solo is a completely different story. As for Dawn, she doesn’t stand a chance at a solo career. Call me a hater, but she just doesn’t have that star quality! Even star quality doesn’t cut either…look at Pussycat doll Nicole, even she couldn’t make it on her own. Hell, Kelly and Michelle are still struggling!
