Diddy and his Dirty Money honey’s Dawn and Haleena took the stage yesterday morning for Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series in Central Park in NYC. The trio performed their hit single “Hello, Good Morning” sans Teflon Don Rick Ross and T.I., as well as a few Bad Boy classics.

SOHH recently caught up with the lovely Dawn Richards of the former group Danity Kane to talk new hairstyle and new music. After much speculation, it’s now finally being confirmed Dawn will not be a solo artist, but rather a member of another Bad Boy group, called Dirty Money. The group consists of three members, Dawn, Diddy, and singer/songwriter Kalina. We’ll see how that goes….I’m just happy to see Dawn is still working.

AUBREY O’DAY: “DIDDY MADE ME LOOK LIKE A SLUT ON TV!”

Aubrey O’Day is now lashing out at the man who made her slutty ass a star. Yep, Diddy! Aubrey definitely has some nerve especially after posing provocatively for Complex and even nude for Playboy. Aubrey blames Diddy for ruining her reputation and blaming her for the demise of Danity Kane. WTF?! She tells HipHopWeekly,

“Puff (Diddy) isn’t helping out (her reputation) on the new season of Making the Band either. I’ve heard little comments here and there about the reasons why I’ve become a streetwalker and why I ruined Danity Kane”.

Is this chick serious?! If anything Diddy’s to blame for gassing her head up. As for ruining her reputation, Aubrey should be pointing the finger at herself!

You won’t want to miss part 2 of MTV’s Making The Band 4 season finale where the members of Danity Kane are expected to reunite. Yep, including slutty Aubrey! Word is the girl group is back together…well at least in the studio. Apparently the group is rumored to be working on their new album ironically titled From the Ashes. On part 1 on the season finale, Diddy dropped Aundrea’s ass from Bad Boy, told Dawn he wanted to keep her on Bad Boy’s roster and now these chicks are supposedly in the studio working on a new album?! WTF?!

AUBREY O’DAY JUST ANOTHER DUMB BLONDE!

Before becoming a huge star in part due to the popularity of Danity Kane, ex-member Aubrey O’Day admits that she was actually going to attend Columbia for law school. Really?! She says,

“I wanted to do international law. I wanted to save refugees. That’s what I probably would be doing. I come from a family of attorneys, so I’ve constantly been in a political mind state since childhood”.

However, if the music thing didn’t work out Aubrey claims that she’s always wanted to be a professional ice skater or even a beauty queen. She continues,

“If I weren’t doing that, as far as more fun careers, I always wanted to be a professional ice skater. Like, win the gold medal, or I’ve always wanted to be Miss America. I spent my college years traveling around the world. I have two charities internationally, and I do a lot of really good things. But I would say I have a great voice and I’m very honest. I represent all kinds of women. I show that you can be extra sexy and also be extra smart”.

Now, here’s the icing on the cake! This chick wants to be the modern day Josephine Baker and have her own little “rainbow tribe” filled with underprivileged kids from all over the world. But, I think Angelina Jolie has already beat her to the punch. She says,

“I want to be a movie star, a solo artist, a television star, I want to be an amazing philanthropist and then I want to adopt a whole bunch of babies from a ton of different countries and have my own little rainbow tribe like Josephine Baker”.

WTF?!
Seriously, why does Aubrey even bother to speak?! I’m patiently waiting for the day her fifteen minutes of fame will finally be over!

Former member of Danity Kane, D. Woods is making her solo debut with her new track titled “On My Side” off of her upcoming mixtape Independence Day. “On My Side” is a definite anthem for all the ladies who’ve gotten themselves caught up feelin’ a dude who’s already taken, but obviously isn’t happy with his relationship.

“She don’t do it for you anymore. She don’t rub your back when it’s sore. She don’t make you feel the same. You got a wandering eye. I see you look when you walk by. And now you want to know what it’s like, if you could be the apple of my eye. You want to make a change. You want to come my way. Well, I’m waiting here for you.

AUBREY O’DAY TALKS POSING FOR PLAYBOY

What was Aubrey O’Day to do after being booted from Danity Kane by Diddy?! Well, the most obvious thing was to take off her clothes for some quick cash. According to Aubrey, she agreed to do Playboy because in part because the magazine made renowned photographer, Markus Klinko available who’s shot Mariah Carey, Pamela Anderson and Beyonce. She tells MTV,

“You could never imagine how empowering it is to be nude in front of the cameras and have people looking at you in that way and seeing you as beautiful. You’re seeing yourself as beautiful. I mean, a lot of times I think I’m seen as a bad girl, and I think that’s because I’m so open. I mean, I think a lot of the type of way I’m portrayed in the media isn’t always the way I am in my heart. And I think that we were able to capture that with [this shoot]”.

She adds,

“I only agreed to do it because [Markus] was shooting it. He is unbelievably amazing. He agreed with me that we needed to do something classy, iconic and truly beautiful”.

While Aubrey also emphasized her excitement about the outcome of the shoot and made it very clear that she doesn’t care about the people who disagree with her decision to pose for the magazine. She continues,

“It’s going to be very elegant, very iconic. We wanted to do something very beautiful and classic. And I’m very excited about, just in general, how liberating the shoot was and how great it’s going to be to express myself and be comfortable with my sexuality. I think in society we tend to put ourselves in boxes and corners and restrict ourselves, and we constantly feel the need to not say this or not wear this … and taking it all off and being nude is the most natural state that you can be in. I think people are scared to be who they are, and if anybody’s gonna go out there and let everybody know, ‘Be who you are … no judgment here,’ it’s gonna be me”.

Well kudo’s to Aubrey for believing that she has to take off her clothes for to feel beautiful and to show the world that she’s comfortable with her body.

DAWN: “DANITY KANE DOESN’T EXIST”

While the new season of Making the Band will air on February 12th, viewers will only see the two existing members of what once was Danity Kane, Dawn Richard and Andrea Fimbres. According to Dawn, she’s completely devastated about the group’s break-up as she thought everyone was going to come back. However, she got a rude awakening when she realized she and Andrea were the only two remaining members of the group. She says,

“I thought we were all going to come back. I just know I got off the plane and found out I was the only one there and Drea came the next day. Puff (Combs) invited all the girls to come back on this season and they chose not to. Only two of us showed up.”

Danity Kane who?! For those of you who thought it was all a publicity stunt. According to Dawn, Danity Kane no longer exist, leaving her and Andrea left to cope and try to do their own thing. She adds,

“As of right now, (Danity Kane doesn’t exist). It’s devastating for me. You’ll see me and Drea (Fimbres) try and pick up the pieces on our own – pieces that we didn’t even make. We didn’t even break it and we’re trying to sweep it up ourselves. It changes (our situation) completely. We’re sitting here trying to make sense of it now. It’s hard. We’re put in this position that we didn’t ask to be in and we’re being told to fix it”.

With Aubrey on the porn route and D.Woods branching off into her thing, it was pretty clear Danity Kane wasn’t going to last. As expected Aubrey did Playboy while D. Woods is working on a mixtape, while Shannon is out doing whatever she does. Dawn needs to give it up and just focus on her solo career which probably won’t go anywhere either.
