HOUSE OF DEREON THE MAFIA?!…GETS SLAPPED W/ LAWSUIT

Seems like House of Dereon is still having a hard time getting things right! Beyonce’s clothing line has been hit with a breach of contract lawsuit from Hong Kong clothing manufacturer Vier International who claim that the diva and her mother Tina Knowles conspired to damage their company, costing them over $500,000!

According to WWD.com, earlier this week bosses over at Vier International filed legal documents at the District Court in NYC claiming that execs at clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping firm HJM International worked together as “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price”. They also claim that Beyonce and MaMa Knowles along with their clothing line, House of Dereon and the singer’s Beyond Productions company also took part in the scheme by purchasing orders and requesting manufacturer specifications. And it doesn’t stop there! Bosses over at Vier International really want Beyonce and MaMa Knowles to know that they’re playing with fire. Not only are they suing to get their money, but they’ve also filed a complaint under the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a statute that is set to prosecute organized crime gangs (i.e. the mafia).

So House of Dereon is the mafia? WOW!

ALICIA KEYS x BEYONCE TO “PUT IT IN A LOVE SONG” ON VIDEO

Grammy-award winning singer/songwriter Alicia Keys and R&B diva Beyonce are teaming up to film the video for their collabo “Put It in a Love Song” . Alicia is set to hop on plane headed to Brazil on Tuesday, February 9^th to link up with Beyonce who is currently out there for her “I Am…” world tour. Word is the video will feature the two singers donned in Carnivale-inspired costumes with Swarovski headwear, scenes from Rio de Janeiro’s infamous Sambadrome carnival parade and most likely a lil’ gyrating from Beyonce. Alicia’s hush-hush fiancé Swizz Beatz is overseeing the project serving as producer.

SERENA WILLIAMS WANTS TO GET KNOCKED UP BY COMMON?!

Looks like Tennis star Serena Williams is itching to put her eggs to use. Apparently, Serena is desperate to start a family of her own with her boo Common, but worries that she’ll be an irresponsible mother. She says,

“I would love to have a baby… But I have two little dogs I take care of and they’re so cute, but sometimes I forget them. One time I was in the locker room… I was busy and I left and I was in the car driving home and I was like, ‘Oops!’ I definitely don’t need any kids because I forgot my dog.” Adding, “Every time I see a woman walking around pregnant, I’m like. ‘Oh my god, I could never do that.’ How are you walking? I look at them and my back starts hurting! That’s as far as I’ve gotten with that (having kids) but eventually, maybe one day I’ll get there. That would be awesome.”

Maybe Serena needs to wait a lil’ longer before she becomes a “mommy”. Lord knows Child Protective Services would have a field day with her a$$ if they found out she left her child alone in the locker room!

The goodfolks over at UHTN put me on to the Rolling Stone’s 1098 issue featuring Lil’ Wayne on the cover. In the cover story Weezy talks about his countdown to lockdown….do I hear a BET special series in the works?! Who knows??
