Earlier this week BET announced the nominees for the BET Awards 2011. And since then, rappers and singers have been lashing out at BET for the “weak” nominations. First Keyshia Cole, now Trina. M.I.A.’s baddest bitch is so livid she took it to Twitter for a lil’ venting.


Too bad she deleted that tweet and it no longer appears on her timeline…but the proof is above!

Despite being incarcerated, according to HitsDailyDouble Lil Wayne will debuts at #2 on the Billboard 200 selling 108,791 copies this week. The LP, which was originally a EP, will resurface October 12th physically in stores. *Clap for him*

Hello world. Time is ticking and I’m counting every second. Because of my new limitations, this unfortunately has to be my last letter. I don’t think people truly understand how much their thoughts and well wishes have helped me through this time in my life. Not everyone is as lucky as I am and it humbles me daily. You would be amazed what positivity can do in a negative environment. I’m going to miss reading about your lives. I’m going to miss looking at the pictures. She finds a way or makes one–and that’s exactly what supermodel Tyra Banks did yesterday for Roberto Cavalli at French Vogue’s 90 Anniversary Party in Paris. Tyra needed a mask for the “Masquerade” theme party so she went out and purchased some cheap fishnet stockings and made her own. She shared her “Lady Gaga-esque” DIY project with her fans on Twitter.

Although, Tyra’s mask isn’t designer, I think she did a pretty good job. But, if ya ask me she kinda looks like Spider Man.

I’ve got some breaking news! The Queen Bee has finally crossed over to the other side, and by the other side I mean Twitter!  The original Queen of Hip-hop tweeted her first message a few hours ago and wasted no time demanding that Twitter bosses verify her ass. Yep, Kim may act like she’s a valley girl, but she’s still a BK chick at heart! The pint-size rapper is already following a few of your favorite celebrities including Diddy, Kim Kardashian and even train wreck Lindsay Lohan to name a few.

Way to go hackers for messing up a pretty G.O.O.D. thing! Why leak music when it’s already being given to you for free? Which is the same thing Kanye West wants an answer to. Well, in response to his track “Lost in the World” being leaked on the net yesterday, Kanye has decided to halt G.O.O.D. Music Fridays. Yep, it’s a wrap! *tear*

The rapper announced the breaking news on Twitter.

No word on when G.O.O.D. Music Friday’s will resume, but Kanye is working with Kid Cudi and lame ass Soulja Boy. Lord, I hope Kanye is smart enough not to put Soulja Boy’s corny ass on his new album.

But contrary to previous reports and rumors, Rick Ross is NOT #1. Eminem still holds the crown! Like my boy Diego said in an email: “The final numbers did not play out in his favor. Eminem reigns champion.”

According to Billboard.com,

“Eminem makes it five weeks in a row at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 as “Recovery” sells another 187,000 (down just 4%), according to Nielsen SoundScan. Rick Ross’ “Teflon Don” arrives in the runner-up spot with 176,000. Ross’ last three studio albums all debuted at No. 1, with his last set, 2009′s “Deeper Than Rap,” arriving with 158,000. The opener for “Teflon” is Ross’ best sales week since 2008′s “Trilla” arrived with 198,000.”


Sorry Ricky…but you’re still #2. Sure us music heads projected you’d pull in the top spot…but Eminem has that #1 spot on LOCK!

Christina Milian is not feeling how people are prying into her personal life and most recently her official break-up from hubby The Dream. So much so yesterday the newly single mom fired back at FunkMaster Flex via twitter, after he went in on C.Milli.


“Christina Milian is Finished out here….Dream just wrapped you up….”


The Hot97 DJ later deleted the diss from his time line, but not before CMilian peeped the tweet and she fired back with:

“@funkmasterflex when will u just leave me alone and get a life? I swear all uve ever done is pick on me. What’s ur problem dude? Go away.”


And shortly after she deleted her response…but not before FunkFlex quickly retracted his lame statement and apologized via his twitter account:

Glad to see FunkFlex stepped up and apologized to the single mother to be…very unnecessary. Christina Milian needs nothing but support at this point, not lame asses going in on her career…at least not yet.

In other C.Milian news, yesterday she was spotted out in Los Angeles running a few errands picking a child from a daycare center. Peep the wedding the ring she’s still rocking…is shorty in denial or something. I’ll give her a few months and she’ll be back on her feet. Keep ya head up mami!
