Mariah Carey is back on her diva issh and refused to sit with “regular/VIP” folk at Obama’s inauguration. MiMi was given a seat at the inauguration in the VIP section with a bunch of other celebrities including Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Bruce Springsteen. Word is the diva was “furious” when she found out where she’d be seated for the inauguration.
Some source told Page Six,“Somehow she thought she’d be up with the Obama family. When she realized she wasn’t, she bailed.”
Another celeb on that MiMi divaishh, was Sean Combs who is said to be upset that he wasn’t invited to perform at official events and disappointed that Jay-Z had a bigger presence. Combs’ rep said, “It was one of the greatest moments of his life. Sean was invited to the inauguration and was seated third row, with Jay-Z, at the ceremony.”
Something tells me these celebrities flocked to Obama’s inauguration for the wrong reasons. In fact, I’m sure more than half of those millions of people out there, came out for the wrong reasons…just another reason to party and bullshit!

For all you Danity Kane fans (are there any?), Dawn Richards is doing her solo thing by launching the first edition of her own comic book line, DANITY KANE Comics, which can be found at www.DanityKaneComics.com. Edition II and III will be released in the coming months and it will be accompanied by an Original Music Sountrack. Dawn is also in middle of shooting Season 5 of MTV’s Making The Band, which will begin airing in late February. So be on the look out for her new projects…In the meantime check out a few new images of Dawn doing her thing.
