Queen Latifah and her longtime “friend”/trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, were spotted leaving Crunch gym in West Hollywood. You’d think with a trainer friend this fit, Latifah would’ve shed more weight. Surely Latifah just heads to the gym to watch old girl work it out…it’s all part of their foreplay. And Jeanette, well shorty don’t mind just as long as she keeps getting that money in the bank…

Check out Ashanti’s rumored cover for her lead single “Hey Baby (After the Club). Seriously, Ashanti needs to invest in some creativity…cause this looks like the same crap she pushed years ago. You’d think after a hiatus she’d come back re-invented…no instead she’s using the same wack formula. I swear if I hear her say “BABY” one more time, I’m gonna stab this chick!
For months I’ve been trying to figure out what Jay-Z’s ex-partner and homeboy Damon Dash has been up to. Come to find out, dude has turned into a blogger. I guess he had a lot of things on his mind that he wanted to share with the world. His blogs are entitled “My Thoughts” and I will admit they are interesting. Here’s an excerpt,
“I hate to say it, but the majority of my thoughts revolve around business. I am an entrepreneur who prides himself in being able to market and sell products that stem from my personal experience and lifestyle, which is probably why I had so much success initially in the music business. I was lucky enough to identify an artist who could articulate the things we were doing or speculating in the form of rhyme. I was also lucky enough to be rejected by every major label, forcing me to create my own (Roc-A-Fella Records). I was able to move at my own pace, do things that we considered untraditional (especially as it relates to marketing) and keep most of the equity, which means I was able to to own a large percentage of the company. The only problem was once our lifestyle changed, so did our point of view.”
I’m not gonna front, reading his blog allowed me to see a different side of Dame. Dude actually refers to anyone who takes time out to read his blog a “friend”. So, now I can go around saying Damon Dash is my friend! Aight, let me stop acting like a damn groupie, but if you want to check out his blog and slip him a message visit BlockSavvy.
