This past weekend Cassie hit up the radio stations out in ATL to do a lil’ damage control on her nipplegate that had the internets going bananas up until Rihanna trumped it all with her nude flicks. Earlier this month, talentless R&B singer Cassie claimed that the leaked pics of her tata’s and her vajajay were the evil doings of a hacker. Nowadays, it seems like celebrities are using the hacker excuse for everything. And frankly, it’s getting really old! It’s quite evident that the poor girl is doing everything she can to remain relevant. First, she chopped off her beautiful long locks and uploaded it on Twitter for the whole world to see and then nude pics of her magically hit the net which she nonchalantly brushed off. It has been speculated that Cassie leaked the pics herself, but we’ll never know for sure. However, you have to agree that she must be really desperate to sell some records if she did. After the nude pics were leaked former label mate D. Woods tweeted,

“Cassie gonna sell some albums this round”.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t even happened! According to Billboard, the nude pics of Cassie haven’t even helped boost her sales. Not one bit! Shorty can’t seem to sell records with or without clothes on! Cassie’s numbers stayed a depressing flat with 2,000 downloads for both weeks. They say sex sells, but I guess if you’re blessed with a crappy voice that still can’t get you anywhere.

This is a record! Just when Cassie thought she was the bish of the week, in comes Rihanna with her pierced chi-chis. With her comeback officially staged, Rihanna makes sure to knock Cassie out the spotlight with her sexy nude pics, that reveal RiRi’s pierced breast and her butt cheeks, as well as Chris Brown rocking her panties on his head.

What I don’t understand is this…if you’re gonna leak your own camera phone nude pics, why not just pose for Playboy or Hustler, spread them, and get paid! I’m saying you’re gonna do it, do it RIGHT!

But back to the scandal at hand, aint’ funny how both Cassie & Rihanna despite not having the ability to sing to save their lives, they have upcoming projects in the works. Publicity stunts are definitely the way to go when prepping a new project. Whether its fake beef or nude flicks, something’s gotta give or so the labels and their managers seem to think so. When did it become less about the talent and more about the T&A? It’s pretty clear when you don’t have real talent to rely on, what else is there to do but spark controversy. Surprisingly enough, Ciara (another talentless “singer”) has avoided the “leakage” of naked pics. But are we to think she wont be next to jump on the band wagon. Guess we’ll have to wait and see! I mean she did do the Vibe almost naked shoot.

This is all just another ploy to keep our minds off the talent and focus on the scandal…sadly enough, people will buy into it! As for Rihanna and Chris Brown, how does this help their image? Should we expect a sex tape in the near future?! VIEW MORE PICS HERE!
