Check out Kanye West’s leftover joint “MaMa’s Boyfriend” off his Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy…definitely a joint all boys and men can relate to. The self-proclaimed mama’s boy takes us back in his rhymes to when he was a young’n and being the only man worthy of his mother’s love and later turning out to be just like one of the men he despised as a young boy.

There are numerous rumors swirling about the Knowles family and their shady ways…including the rumor that Matthew Knowles is Kelly Rowland’s secret father. While at The Beat in Philly, Kelly Rowland clears the air and addresses those rumors. When asked “Is Matthew Knowles really your father?” Kelly said the following….

So there you have it folks…”NO! Matthew Knowles is NOT her father!” That should put all those rumors to rest.
Realtalk, I can’t wait for the day Kelly decides to pen a tell all book about her life behind the Beyonce’s shadow and being a part of the Knowles camp. That ought to be a juicy read.

LAURYN HILL FINALLY BREAKS HER SILENCE…COMEBACK IN THE WORKS?!

This the best news I’ve got all week…Lauryn Hill finally comes out of hiding and speaks to the press about her disappearance and music. Lauryn Hill is a musical genuis and enigma, like most creative geniuses Lauryn Hill was hip hop’s greatest hope. She managed to merge both pop, soul, RnB, rap, spoken word all into one. Thus making it a phenomenon no one ’till this day can match. L.Boogie is truly one in a million. Luckily for us true & nostalgic L.Boogie fans, she’s heard our cries for an encore and is very much considering making another record. During a recent NPR interview with Zoe Chace, who scored this rare interview with the superstar following a show out in Santa Rose, California- Ms. Hill finally opened up to talk about why she stopped recording, her creative addiction, and a possible comeback in the works. But before we listen to the interview, it must be noted Zoe Chace’s experience in scoring this AMAZING interview….

NPR’s Zoe Chace, in her report on Hill, says that before the interview she is told not to touch the singer or look her in the eye, and that Hill, instead of addressing people directly, sometimes writes directions on a post-it note and sticks it on people’s chests. Chace says that she didn’t actually expect to get an interview but was pleasantly surprised when Hill tells her to get in her car after a show. She says Hill appears to be “very sane, very serious, still so beautiful.”

Chace asks Hill why she stopped putting out albums, and Hill replies that “There were a number of different reasons, but partly, y’know, the support system that I needed was not necessarily in place. There were things about myself, things that I needed to go through and experience, in order for me to feel like it was worth it.”

Hill, who grew up listening to male vocalists such as Jackie Wilson, Donny Hathaway, and Stevie Wonder, says she’s looking for ways to increase her vocal range.

“Most people have never really heard me sing-sing-sing,” Hill says. “If I do record next time, perhaps there will be an expanded context. People can hear a bit more.”

Hill, who has five children, also tells NPR that she may be ready to record some new material, now that her kids are starting to grow up. “I think it’s just time, and I’m starting to get excited again,” Hill says. Source

WOW!!! Realtalk, if and when Lauryn drops with a new record, its sure to be a problem, no doubt! Yes she’s been gone for far too long, but her comeback will be very much appreciated and welcomed with screams and open arms…best believe it!

Lil’ Kim took to Kendra G’s radio show to talk about how Nicki Minaj jacked her style.

“When I came out to do this promo tour, it was a reminder to let everybody know where it came from. If you’re gonna swagger jack somebody and take their style at least pay them respect and homage. Don’t try to act like you created this and acted like you’re not a fan and disrespect me in interviews. C’mon man! “

Glad to see Lil’ Kim isn’t holding her tongue…but being that she’s got some new material in the works and ready to put out a new single in July- we can’t help but wonder is this all a publicity stunt? Some staged cat fight?!

I hate to say it, but Chris Brown’s career in the words of Drake is– OVER! A while back Chris went on a rant via Twitter that record stores weren’t selling his sh*t and that radio station’s wouldn’t play his sh*t either. Well, after exchanging a few words with the radio personality over at Richmond, VA’s Q94 FM he found out why. When Chris told homie that the station doesn’t even play his sh*t the interview took a turn for the worst–adding more damage to his already tainted image.

Realtalk, the radio personality came out his face. In no way am I co-signing Chris cursing out dude ’cause he could’ve handled the situation differently, but dude asked for it. Guess, Chris’ really needs more anger management classes ’cause it’s quite obvious he still doesn’t know how to deal with his anger issues. Anywhoo, Is Chris really that big of a joke that he’s being played left and right by average Joe’s? If ya ask me Rihanna done ruined the poor boy’s career. Str8NYC.com’s own J’More recently kicked it with MIA’s own rapper Trina to talk leaked pics and sex tapes, a week ago before her “rumored” nude pics were leaked onto the net.

“I personally would not want a picture of me all exposed leaked….i lost my phone and I have some pictures of me that I don’t want the world to see. If they ever came out, I’ll be devastated. It’s not sex tape pictures, but still I don’t want you to see it. But losing a phone and all this kind of stuff, it happens. It’s a wake up call…you need to make sure that you don’t have those kind of pictures in your phone….I don’t feel as an artist that I need to expose myself. I don’t need to put out a nude photo for press.”

Earlier today WSHW posted a NSFW video clip of Trina’s nude cell photos, how coincidental?! Word is some dude leaked nude pics of Trina and is making some wild allegations. Realtalk those vajayjay and rash pictures could be of anyone. How random?!

Has jail changed Remy Ma for the better? Check out this audio clip where Remy Ma calls into Hot 93.7′s Jenny Boom Boom and DJ Craig show and gushes about Nicki Minaj but not in a gay way, Fat Joe, married life w/Papoose and those conjugal visits, to having a baby when she gets out.

Glad to hear Remy is being productive writing rhymes, getting her Associates Degree and looking forward to a better future. Only time will tell if she’s a changed woman and left those childish hoodrat games alone.
