But don’t get it twisted, Ne-Yo says with his chest on this “Otis” freestyle. The latest joint off his upcoming “101″ mixtape hosted by Kevin Hart.

Every now and then you’ll here me bitch and whine about “Where are all the female rappers at?”…”Why aren’t they reppin’ for us ladies?”…”Who are they?” Well something tells me I can ease up on the whining just a tad bit after being introduced to Nitty Scott by the homie TheParrish. He said and I quote “Lex! You need to hear this chick!” So I did and let’s just say I was impressed. So much so, I’m trying to lock down an interview with the 20 year-old “Born in Michigan, made in Florida, paid in New York” femcee. According to her Facebook page:
