According to TMZ, Mr. Raymond is officially back on the market.

It appears Usher may have officially ended his marriage to Tameka Foster Raymond. We just found out the status of the divorce changed in the official record to “Disposed.” A court official tells TMZ when a divorce case is “Disposed” it typically means the divorce is final.

The couple married in August, 2007. They have two small kids together.

A source connected with the couple tells TMZ Usher signed the divorce papers in August, but the change in the court file occurred today.


So will Usher smash next?

Word is Usher is just frontin’ about being ready to sign those divorce papers as stated in his new single “Papers”. Apparently, Usher is delaying his divorce from Tameka Foster by failing to put his John Hancock on the legally binding documents which are preventing her from receiving her settlement money. A snitch tells Radar Online,

“Tameka thinks that it’s ironic that ‘Papers’ is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce. The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them, and she’s the one that wants to move on with her life.”

Guess Usher is thinking twice about coughing up that bread.

Check out Usher’s new song off his 6th studio album Raymond vs. Raymond, entitled “Papers”. Usher gets pretty personal about his divorce from Tameka Foster. I see he’s using the similar marketing ploy for his ‘04 smash album Confessions…we’ll see if it works again. “Papers” is a good record but as a lead single, I think its rather weak.

Looks like Mr. & Mrs. Jones have reconciled their differences and are back together. The rumors of Nas and Kelis began circulating when the pair were spotted kissing at a party at NYC’s Marquee club on Monday. A snitch said: “Nas and Kelis were celebrating his birthday with some friends and you couldn’t tell they were divorcing to look at them. They seemed very intimate and were kissing and hugging and even left together.”

And just last night, Nas & Kelis stepped out together for Hair Rules New York Salon Opening Gala. It’s nice to see black love rule. But I can’t help and wonder what brought about this change of heart. Maybe forking $55k a month was just too steep for the hip hop icon and settled for just shutting up and making it work…let’s face it people, Kelis had Nas by the balls. Either he straightened up and quit playing games or she was gonna clean him out for all he’s worth.

Yesterday we reported Kelis was in labor and later that day Nas hit up Queens and announced via video recorded by Video Music Box the arrival of his newborn son, Knight.

“My son is born today, so shout-out to my son, Knight.”

Nas also took the stage in his hometown Queensbridge Housing Projects and performed a few of his classics, shouted-out his son and also urged his fans to be weary of the news and its reporting on his divorce.

“My son’s name is Knight. That’s what I named the young God, Knight,” Nas tells fans. “Y’all heard it first. Don’t believe nothing you hear in the media. I love y’all. Don’t listen to that bullsh–. I love y’all, that’s why I’m here.”
As for the estranged couple’s bitter divorce, no word on their next in court.

No word on the next scheduled court date for Nas & Kelis.

Today Nas & Kelis were scheduled to duke out in court for child support and prenatal expenses, the only problem…Kelis is giving birth RIGHT NOW!

Word is Kelis is about to deliver a baby boy. And surprisingly enough Nas is not by her side. Wonder if he’s busy waiting in court for Kelis to show up. That’s just wrong!

If you’re wondering how Usher is surviving his split from Tameka Foster, well with the help of friends and family- he’s staying busy.


“[To be] able to balance it all and to keep your sanity, you have to have people who truly care about you,” the R&B singer, who filed for divorce from Foster in late June, says in Vegas mag’s August issue. He added, “But staying busy makes it a little bit easier [to deal.]”


Aside from all the personal mess, I’m really rooting for Usher to claim his throne and knock Justin Timberlake off.

The drama continues in the Keliz vs Nas divorce battle. Nas has fired back at Kelis’ recent allegations and demands by stating he’s paid her more than she says and he makes less than she thinks. Here’s the breakdown on Nas’ finances:
Nas pulled in $11 million for album deal= FALSE!! It’s more like $4 million

Nas is bringing loads of income= FALSE!! Nas claims his income is declining and he’s only pulling in $147,165 a month!

$147,165 (income)- $71,371.96 (expenses including $10,000 a month in clothing/hair/toiletries/personal effects)= $75,793.04 balance

And Kelis is demanding Nas to cover all her expenses…the math just doesn’t add up.

Even though Nas and Kelis are dunzo, he says he wants to be “fully involved” in the parenting of their child as well as claims he’s agreed to pay $350 for a stroller, $450 for a baby sling and $1,598 for two cribs.

All in all, Nas thinks Nas thinks $5,000 a month is reasonable for child support since the kid will just be a newborn.

Amidst the rumors about him cheating on Tameka Foster and kickin’ her cougar ass to the curb, Usher finally speaks out about the divorce insisting life really isn’t easy these days. Yeah right! He tells Entertainment Weekly,

“I’d hate for [people] to assume that. If there’s any turmoil, I think it’s managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.” Adding, “What I do is, I try to get [my work] done and get home on the weekends if possible … but when I’m with my boys it’s just all about them.”

Word is their marriage was doomed even before they hit the altar! According to snitches,

“They peaked before they even got married. Right after it was over, they started to drift apart. [Usher] just wasn’t ready to settle down, at least not with her”. Apparently, Tameka was “alienating and controlling, and he was unhappy”.

It appears that Usher is really DONE with Tameka ’cause they’ve been living separately since last year and the divorce petition states that there is “no reasonable hope of reconciliation”.

Hate to say it, but no one is surprised that Usher is cuttin’ MANeka loose! This is going to be one ugly ass divorce…not to mention it’s going to be expensive too!
