JOHN MAYER WANTS THE WORLD TO “GIVE KANYE A DAMN BREAK…”

Looks like Kanye’s got a friend in John Mayer or least someone who sympathizes with him. Unlike most people, John realizes that the backlash ‘Ye received after ruining Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards was a bit too much– I agree! He tells Access Hollywood,

“If you just woke up now and you looked at the backlash on Kanye you’d think that he actually firebombed the stage. It’s the MTV Video Music Awards, not the G8 summit. Kanye West got in more trouble than the guy who yelled, ‘You lie!’ to the president. [He] got like a two-day slap on the wrist and Kanye West – his entire career is in escrow because he jumped on stage at the Video Music Awards.”

John has a valid point, it’s like Kanye killed somebody. The media didn’t really make a big deal when Lil PaPa MaMa hopped on stage during Jay-Z and Alicia’s set. Why is that?! For one, that type of behavior should be expected ’cause it’s Kanye. Dude is known for just saying crazy sh*t, from his Bush “Doesn’t like black people” rant to his child-like antics at award shows. Secondly, ‘Ye was spotted drinking a bottle of Hennessey before the show even started…so we can really blame it on the ah-ah ah-ah ah-al-co-hol!

Earlier today Chris Brown appeared on the Wendy Williams show for an exclusive interview addressing the incident and about his critics who say he doesn’t seem remorseful. As we wait for the full interview to go up, check out the preview below… Do you really think Chris Brown is really remorseful or just saying what we want to hear? And no matter what we think, Chris Brown continues cranking out them joints and here’s his new video for “Crawl” starring Cassie as his lead lady. Somewhat of a boring video, but the song very much depicts what he may be going through right now and trying to win his fans back. ***UPDATE*** Here’s the full the interview below…Fast forward to 4:45 mark where the interview starts. CB says he’s now focusing on being “more humble, more down to earth, more human being” and admits to being drunk off the “Fame Kolaid”! Some people can’t handle the fame others abuse it, CB chose the later.

“Would you get back with her if you could? Umm, at this point I’m just focused on my life, just focusing on getting me right. Are you dating? Of course! I love women!”

Ya knew something like this was coming! Last night as Chris Brown left FootAction in Times Square NYC, “some drunk woman” and a few other folks in the background cursed out Ike Jr. The woman in the video yells out “I hope someone f**king beats the crap out of you!” and called him a “f**king beater.” Clearly some people aren’t feeling Chris Brown.

Should we feel sympathy for the guy?
Also don’t forget C.Breezy is set to address his fans on tonight’s 106 & Park Chris Brown Special, according to him…

Check out this clip of the highly anticipated Good Morning America interview of Rihanna opening up about the incident.

“That’s embarrassing that that’s the type of person that I fell in love with,” Rihanna told “Good Morning America’s” Diane Sawyer in her first television interview discussing the assault. “So far in love. So unconditional that I went back. It’s humiliating to say this happened. To accept that? It’s a traumatizing experience.”
Her decision to go back to Brown, she said, was a mistake.
“I stayed. I even went back after he beat me, which was wrong,” she said. “But again … I’m a human being and people put me on a very unrealistic pedestal. And all these expectations, I’m not perfect.”

“It’s completely normal to go back. It’s not right. I learned the hard way, but again, this is what I want people to know,” she said. “When I realized that my selfish decision for love could result in some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part. I couldn’t be held responsible for going back.
“Even if Chris never hit me again, who is to say that their boyfriend won’t? Who’s to say that they won’t kill these girls?” she said. “These are young girls and I just didn’t realize how much of an impact I had on these girls’ lives until that happened.”

CB, who kicks off his “fan appreciation” tour Nov. 14, says he feels that he let a lot of people down, especially kids that looked up to him.

“I regret every second of it,” he told Martinez. “I’m human. Of course you’re gonna have your thoughts and opinions. I’m not gonna say they’re wrong. But at the end of the day, it’s not right to judge someone. People make mistakes all the time.”

Since attending his domestic violence courses, Brown says he is “certain [this will never happen again]. I’ve seen the pain people have been through and I don’t want to inflict that anymore.”

He added, “At the end of the day, I’m sorry for what I did, whatever it is. Only me and Shorty know what went down in the car, it’s between us.”

As reported last week, Chris Brown sat down with Larry King for an exclusive interview since his February arrest for assaulting fellow R&B star Rihanna. According to CNN,

Pop star Chris Brown has admitted guilt and apologized for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in February, but he does not remember hitting the singer, he told CNN’s Larry King.
Looking at police reports about the incident makes him feel like he’s reading about a stranger, Brown said in his first television interview since the arrest.

“I’m in shock, because, first of all, that’s not who I am as a person, and that’s not who I promise I want to be,” he said in an exclusive interview that airs Wednesday night.

“I just don’t know what to think. I’m just like, wow,” Brown said. “It’s crazy to me.”

LexAve: Of course, he doesn’t remember the assault…dude blacked out and took Rihanna down! What if he would’ve killed her, would he not remember that either? I’m just saying…if dude doesn’t remember pounding out his ex-girlfriend- his issues are deeper and more scarier than what’s being portrayed. Nonetheless, he admits his part in the beatdown:

“I made a mistake,” he said. “And it was just something I have to live up and own.”

However, CNN obtained a probation report for Brown last week that said he and Rihanna were involved in at least two other domestic violence incidents before the February attack for which Brown was sentenced.

“The first incident occurred in Europe about three months before the present offense,” the report said.

“The victim [Rihanna] and the defendant [Brown] were involved in a verbal dispute and the victim [Rihanna] slapped the defendant [Brown]. He responded by shoving her into a wall.”

Another incident happened in January, three weeks before the Hollywood incident, when Brown and Rihanna were visiting her home country of Barbados, the report said.

“The defendant [Brown] and the victim [Rihanna] were visiting Barbados and were driving a Range Rover loaned to them by a local dealership,” the investigator wrote. “They had an argument inside the car. The defendant [Brown] exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car.” Source

Chris Brown attended court today for his sentencing, where he got 5 years probation + 1,400 hours of physical labor for the Rihanna midnight beatdown. Meanwhile NFL star Plaxico Burress gets 2 years prison time for shooting himself…WTF?! Don’t get me started on Michael Vick. Clearly torturing animals & shooting oneself > than killing & assaulting women. Really America?!
Anywhoo, according to TMZ, the judge made it known she plays no games and knows all about the “chitter chatter” going on.

Judge Patricia Schnegg said during the sentencing, “I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves.” It’s unclear if she was saying that she’s heard reports that Brown and Rihanna are still talking … or if she was just saying he needs to be careful because she watches TV and reads TMZ. To us, it sounded like the former. The judge sentenced Brown to perform hard labor at the Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA, where he must also take a 52-week domestic violence course. The judge ruled Brown — who pleaded guilty to felony assault — must stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which case he must stay 10 yards away. The protective order lasts 5 years.

He must provide DNA samples as requested by authorities.

Brown must also keep in touch with the Probation Department and is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years. He can’t own any dangerous weapons, including guns or knives. Brown must pay $2,500 in restitution and another $2,500 in probation expenses. He must also pay a $30 criminal conviction fee — BARGAIN! He must also pay $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund.

Brown must get prior approval before leaving the country.

So all my VA peeps get ya cameras ready ’cause there’s gonna be plenty of C.Breezy to go around. Remember when Naomi Campbell did her hard labor cleaning toilets in NYC..this is gonna be bananas.
Some may say the sentencing is way too harsh for the RnB dude with a once clean cut image…but had it been a an average joe, the sentencing would’ve been worse. Celebrities are not above the law and that’s final.

Yesterday Fox News pundit, Glenn Beck, foamed at the mouth calling Pres. Obama a racist. Beck said that Obama has a

“deep-seeded hatred for white people and white culture…I’m not saying he doesn’t like white people…this guy is, I believe, a racist.”

Meanwhile Fox News gave the following statement as a result to uproar over this:
