Keri Hilson recently sat down with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton to address her controversial new video “The Way You Love Me”…the raunchy visuals and explicit lyrics.
Does Keri have a point?…Janet Jackson did it. Madonna did it. Why can’t she?


Surely parents won’t want to hear their tween daughters singing along to this joint. But isn’t that the parents responsibility to control their kid’s music intake? My only issue with the song and video is that Keri Hilson never went this hard to be overly sexy and talking about “fuck me” and “pussy” this and “pussy” that. That was just never part of her image at first and now we see Keri cater the “sex sells” concept. But who am I kididng…If do a brief analysis of Keri’s material you’ll notice she’s never been kid friendly or non-sexual hence “Turning Me On”, “Make Love”, “Return the Favor”…it’s just now with “The Way You Love Me” her lyrics are bit more on “dirty” side and blatant. Is that wrong?!

All I’m saying is…One thing is very clear: Keri just wants to get fucked! Now is that so wrong?

  • I like Keri Hilson, her music is dope. She should be able to express herself, whether that’s sexually or in any other way. Sex is a part of life. Her music is hot though. I’d love to hear her on a song with Diddy-Dirty Money, check out the FREE Prelude to their album Last Train To Paris below
