STR8 SNITCHIN’: PUSHA T SIGNS TO G.O.O.D. MUSIC?!

Could G.O.O.D. music expect a new addition to the team? Perhaps The Clipse’s half Pusha T? Well lately Pusha T has been trying to resurface in recent months releasing tracks to launch a solo career. Solo???? Not to mention he’s putting out his first solo mixtape, The Fear of God, on September 14th…the same day G.O.O.D. Music’s Kanye West, Kid Cudi, & Consequence are dropping their albums. Pusha T recently chopped it up with MTV News and raised speculation he just might be making his way Kanye’s camp.

“A great day for music, but it’s a ‘good’ day,” he said, slyly repeating the word. “I mean, you know. I been to Hawaii. Hawaii is a nice place. Good music is made down there, ya know. So, yeah, I was there. I can’t say too much about that. I think everybody’s gonna be in for a big surprise. A very big surprise.”

Wow, I don’t know what Malice, his twin brother, and the other half of The Clipse, has to say about this. I mean they both had an ill flow and we know how successful their songs like “Grinding” and “What Happened to That Boy” were, so I know he has the potential and creativity to move units, he just needs the right backing…which is where Kanye West’s label G.O.O.D Music comes in. I think it might be a good fit. What do you think? Will he flop?

“I just feel like, you know, everybody’s waiting on it,” Pusha said about going solo. “I think it’s time to expand the Re-Up Gang brand. The only way to do that is expand the music. Make the music more diverse. They been seeing the Clipse for a little while. We got our own different perspectives. Myself and Malice. It’s good. It’s good for us to do this and show the world just how our minds work.”
