Trey Songz has created quite a buzz for himself this year with the release of his album Ready. He damn near put out seven singles and countless videos back-to-back! The good folks over at That Grape Juice snagged the “Panty Dropper” for an exclusive interview–where he talks about the success of his album and how it pretty much blew his previous albums out of the water.

Trey attributes his success to the heavy “steam” he created for it by dropping mad mixtapes and utilizing Twitter. But what about your sexually-charged videos and lyrics Trey?! Is sex really the reason why he’s been successful this time around? Or can we say that the songs are just versatile on this album? Realtalk, I’m a Trey Songz fan, but sometimes I’m a bit uncomfortable listening to his a$$ moan all the damn time in my ear. #Imjustsayin
