While on the red carpet at some event in Los Angeles, Ciara caught up with Rap Up and addressed the rumors of her and Keri Hilson beefing and being banned from BET.

Some people thought you were taking shots at maybe Keri Hilson on that record [Basic Instinc]?
Ciara: That record right there is a song I dedicated to all my haters (laughs) and I also dedicate it to my fans though…It’s me expressing and getting alot off my chest…you get the haters, they don’t really mean anything…”

Notice how she doesn’t really answer the question, yet doesn’t deny the joint was partly directed at Ms. Keri.

For those of who followed this site, ya already know my thoughts on BET and their lame programming. Let me not even go into this issue of the network banning Ciara’s “Ride” video…they don’t play that but yet they give Trey Songz “I Invented Sex” the greenlight…c’mon man! BET execs smartenup and stop dumbing us down! If you’re gonna ban “Ride”, then ban everything else in heavy rotation that includes any type of gyration, grindin’ and sexiness. What a load of hypocrites! #imjustsayin
