KID CUDI DROPPING THE MIC FOR HOLLYWOOD?!

Rapper Kid Cudi is really serious about his acting career that he’s contemplating quitting the music business to take on acting full-time. Apparently, his first acting gig in Mark Wahlberg’s new HBO series “How to Make it in America”  has the rap newcomer reconsidering his career plans. He tells New York Magazine,

“I’m trying to evenly balance them out right now, but eventually I want to leave behind music and just do acting. Adding, “I only got into the music business to tell my story and inspire some people. I think four albums will do it, and when I’m done with my four, five albums, I’ll switch it up. Once the story is told [musically], there’s nothing else to say.”

Why is it that every rapper wants to be an actor? Is there something in the water?!
