According to PageSix, word is Alicia Keys and her hush-hush fiance Swizz Beatz are currently in talks about purchasing Lenny Kravitz’s penthouse duplex out in Manhattan for $14.5 million. The penthouse has been on the market for eight years! Hmm…wonder why? A few celebs including actress Nicole Kidman and Denzel Washington once called the sprawling penthouse their crib as well.  However, the “lovebirds” mouthpiece Katrina Boswell, insists that the budding pair haven’t copped a crib…let alone Lenny’s crib to be exact.

In related news, “Superwoman” Alicia Keys is already thinking about who she wants to work with on her next album. Apparently, Miss Keys wants to switch up her sound a bit and collaborate with Sri Lankin rapper M.I.A. and rockers Kings of Leon. She says,

“Working with other people is definitely something I want to do more of. I love it a lot. It takes me out of my element into a whole other world. I’d love to collaborate with Kings of Leon and M.I.A. I think would be crazy.”

How can Swizz put a ring on Alicia and his divorce from Mashonda isn’t even finalized?
