Queen of Hip-hop Soul, Mary J. Blige has no plans to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Angelina Jolie by adopting underprivileged children—because she’s simply too busy. According to the songstress, she already finds it difficult spending quality time with her husband Kendu Isaac’s three kids. In her eyes adopting children and not having time to spend with them would make her a “poor parent”. She says,

“I don’t think I’ll do foster care or adopt, to be quite honest. I barely have time for my own children. To adopt more children and not have time for them, that (would be) poor parenting on my (part).”
