Before performing “I’m Every Woman”, Whitney took a moment to apologize to her fans for her hoarse voice. And like in true diva fashion, she blamed someone else…OPRAH! She said, I’m so sorry. I did ‘Oprah.’ I’ve been talking for so long. … I talked so much, my voice. I shouldn’t be talking. I should be singing.” Really Whitney…c’mon blame it on the crack, hell blame it on the alcohol…but not Oprah! You know the Big O didn’t drain your voice a bit. You telling me that after one interview, your voice is shot…Whitney please, who you kidding?! We still love you, but damn blaming Oprah, that’s just cold.
That explains why she let the audience sing almost her songs…true diva indeed!
