IS DESTINY’S CHILD REUNITING? YES! SAYS MICHELLE…


Looks like Jay and Bey will be putting their happily ever after on hold…Destiny’s Child is planning a reunion for 2010. Michelle Williams confirmed the news to Britain’s News of the World newspaper:

“It will definitely happen,” says Michelle Williams about the group reuniting next year. “We’re sisters, we love each other and we want to work on the future of Destiny’s Child.”


A source said: “They still have another album they owe their label, Columbia Records, on their contract.”
The RnB trio parted ways back in 2005 to pursue solo careers and as planned Beyonce was the most successful. Surely Kelly & Michelle would be down for a reunion, but will Beyonce? Will Jay-Z? Will Matthew? Time will tell….

But realtalk, we could use a fresh new sound from the ladies- there’s really no all-girl singing group killing it at the moment, Kelly & Michelle could use the $$$…hell I say BRING IT!

  • i think it’s about that time Jay-z has kids. I know he wants kids and Beyonce said back in 05 she wants to start a fam after the Destinyschild tour in 05! Now its 09! And didnt she said in June 09 she wants a “two-year career break”??Honestly, I think she promises her husband something she doesnt really wanna do. I think bey is scared that Jay is leaving her so she keeps telling him something different every day. LOL

    PS: Im not really a jay-z or beyonce fan, so that’s just my true opinion about them.

  • I wish they all would get their stories straight. I know I just read that Kelly says they are not getting back together and she is leaving to tour in Europe (were she’s appreciated) that’s my little jib. Now here is Michelle saying they are getting back together. I think Kelly is a beautiful lady. She’s the total package, she can sing and dance; but all eyes are on Bey. I always thought Kelly was the best one in the group. Mr. Knowles only thought about Bey. He cared about promoting Kelly as much as he cared about promoting his daughter Solange.

  • I wonder why ppl keep commenting on Michelle and Kelly needing to eat when for the simple fact of them being members of DC which is still selling albums entitle them to gettin paid…EVERY TIME AN ALBUM SALES! And then on top of that Kelly is doing VERY well with just one song. When Love takes Over has topped 10 world charts and is up for 3 Grammys this year. And Michelle just wrapped up making history as the 1st Black female actress on Broadway in the part of London she premiered in. So know your fact before u try and blast someone. Beyonce is the most successful but they are all successful.
