While everyone including Bey was at the Essence Festival in N.O. and others on the west coast, Rihanna was spotted partying it up with mentor Jay-Z and Jamie Foxx at Las Vegas’ TAO. Aside from the bottle poppin’, the other big news was Rihanna’s new rumored mystery boy-toy, by the name of Jay Brown. Word is the pair were dancing the night away and homie couldn’t keep his hands off the bajan beauty….so they say.

  • That is Jay Brown, a close friend to Jay. i saw him on a lot of pics with hova already. that dude is married and got a kid. probably, the “rocafella” A&R people are back working with Rihanna.

    Ya got the Good Girl gone bad album?? Jay Z, Jay Brown and Ty Ty are listed as the executive producers of it.
